The van is brand new, functional and clean. It seating up to eight people, and provides ample luggage space.If you have kids and need some boosters , baby car seat or stroller just let me know ,I can lend you some. *** If any crash or any scratch happens during your rental, pls do not hesitate to call the insurance company and let me know. If you rent my van to load some stuffs ,like snowboard , bike, please make sure your stuffs are covered by soft material and don't hurt the interior .
1. Please help me keep the van clean and neat.No smoking / no pets /no food anytime.
2. By returning, pls fill up the gas tank, turn off lights, and park legally.
2. Limit of 200 miles per day. Renters will be billed $0.75 per mile for any additional mileage.
3. By returning the van pls do not block any driveway even 1 inch excess the curb. If you can't find any spot pls call me.
4. Fastrak electronic tolling bay area ,you don't have to stop and line for bridge crossing e.g. Golden Gate or Bay bridge .Pls drop off the cash in the car's glove box if crossed a tolling location.

Great minivan for my family of 8. Tires looked good and no break issues. Communicating with owner was always easy.
Trustworthy, Responsive with regards to the owner. The car itself was a great ride and handles very well. It's appropriately clean considering I reserved the night before. I'm sure if I had reserved in advanced they would have made sure it was cleaner! The car can easily sit 6 people. There is a center seat attachment to add a 7th passenger.
In the future if I have my family in town and we need to go around the Bay Area I'll be using these folks again!
The driver did not inspect the car with us before we picked up the car and after we dropped off the car. The next day, we get a damage report with a dent and a scratch in the front bumper which we had no recollection of any possibility there would be a dent and scratch. The car looked older than one year old, the breaks were unstable when going down hill- definitely need to fix the breaks.
Pick up and drop off was pretty straight forward. But very unhappy about us getting charged $500 for the damage even though we paid for premium insurance.
Would not recommend this owner or Turo as the damage could have easily came from the owner as he said no need for inspection and came back with this damage report a day after. Turo also did not allow us to speak on the phone about this matter and took two days to reply after they charged $500.
Our first and last time using Turo. Sucks to be a renter. Hertz or other rental company may be a better deal and just for a small scratch they appraised it to be $900+ including fees. Would not have been even damage reported if it were Hertz or other rental co.
Car was in excellent condition (it just needed the brakes replaced - not bad at all, just you could tell the brakes were worn). Everything as described. Owner had excellent communication. Highly recommended.
It was a pleasure renting from Kevin. He responded immediately. he brought us the vehicle on time and picked it up when we were done. The van was in great shape and drove well. All in all, an excellent experience.
