Family Friendly and great for moving furniture! This is a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. It is very spacious and seats up to 7 people, along with additional trunk space in the back, the seats all fold down and can fit sizable furniture. There are also automatic side doors, parking distance control, aux audio, leather seats. Everything you need for your road trip!

Gas: Gas will always be full when you rent the car, please let us know if it is not full. We also expect you to fill up the gas tank when you are done using the car. We do track gas on the vehicle, however, it is a huge inconvenience for us to fill up the tank if you forget. It takes us over an hour to get to the vehicle, fill up, and return to our home location. Due to this, we will be charging a $25 inconvenience fee on top of any missing gas (this is in addition to whatever fees Turo may charge).

Mileage: Please track your own mileage and report overages to us. We can track the mileage on the vehicles, but like to operate on an honor system. If you go over on mileage and do not let us know, we will be charging a $25 inconvenience fee on top of the standard Turo rate for mileage overage ($0.75/mi). If you let us know before your trip ends, we will waive the inconvenience fee.

Toll: For tolls, you can pay cash or go through Fastrak. If you go through Fastrak with our vehicle, you will be billed $10 for the toll. If you do not inform us about toll crossings through Turo messages, you will be charged an additional $25 inconvenience fee for processing the toll.

Tickets: If you get any tickets during your rental, please pay them off yourself. If we receive a ticket in the mail that has not yet been paid, we will pay the ticket and charge you the full amount + $25 processing fee. If you get pulled over, the vehicle registration and Turo insurance cards are located in the booklet in the glove compartment. There are many insurance cards located in the vehicle, please make sure the one you use says TURO on it.

Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. No smoking or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, you will be subject to the maximum $250 fine.

Parking details
Parking:

Car is located at 300 Murchison Drive with street parking. It is usually parked across the street from the California Teachers Association, between Magnolia Ave and Ogden Dr. Because the vehicle is street parked, a previous renter may have parked it nearby, please message us on Turo if you have trouble locating the vehicle.
Delivery details
**This is not a direct airport delivery at the gate.**

If your trip is less than 1 week, we recommend booking the vehicle without delivery and Ubering yourself to the vehicle (much cheaper).

The vehicle will be delivered to you at 300 Murchison Drive, Millbrae. It is located 5 minutes from the airport and you will need to take an Uber/Taxi to get there.

If you let us know where/when to call you an Uber within 30 minutes of your rental start time/end time, we will call you a car. Please be at the departures section (upstairs) in the airport and let us know exact gate/flight details. Otherwise, you will need to find your own transportation to the vehicle.
