Maytee's Sienna rental was VERY easy! In fact, she delivered the car to our front door and then picked it up 2 weeks later also at our home! She was very friendly and quick to respond when we had issues or concerns about the vehicle. If the rental rating alone was based on her customer service, I would give 5 stars.
The vehicle was a bit more worn than we had expected though. It was actually filthy dirty (we returned it freshly washed and vacuumed though). The front windshield was broken. My husband said the tires were bald (I'll take his word for it). On our first outing, about 3 miles into the drive a light came on indicating the tire pressure was not correct (we referenced the owners manual in the glove compartment to compare the light to the warning status). The owner replied to our text to her immediately stating the light has a short in it... The "maintenance" light appeared on the 3rd day of the rental. We notified the owner whose husband promptly came over the next day and filled fluids, and then the light went off (the tire light remained on for the 2 weeks of our rental though).
The most annoying issue was that there was no current registration sticker on the vehicle (although there was paperwork in the glove compartment that showed it was registered) and we were constantly worried the vehicle would be pulled over every time we were out and about town.
Overall, the vehicle served our purposes: Roomy and Running
That said, I probably would want to clarify these issues before I rented this particular vehicle again. Maytee and her husband were lovely people and I'm sure they will make every effort to make future rentals a smoother experience.
Mayttee was very easy to work with. She met us at Pier 35 since we were coming off a cruise & then met us at the airport to return the car. Her Sienna can fit 8 people. However, the minivan really needs to be cleaned inside & out.
