Car is perfect condition, very clean I. And outside. Gas saver, engine and transmission very strong. A/C first, second and third row seat. I'll give you this van very clean inside and outside, to you can enjoy immediately, but have to return same, probably other riders will just waiting for it too.......

Renting Jaime Dodge Caravan was a nightmare and I honestly I will most likely never rent from Turo again. His minivan was misrepresented completely. When I first rented it I asked Jaime a question regarding latch attachments for child seats and he responded to a question I never even asked. Then I applied through Turo to change my pick up time and he declined it. When I texted him to ask him why he told me to resend it so he could approve it. Then he waited until I had traveled an hour to his minivan to let me know that the driver side door lock was broken. At this point I was committed to having this car so I had to take it and daily had to climb through the passenger side or through the back to get in the car. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! NOT want you want to do every day for two weeks. Then we couldn't get the middle passenger seat belt to work. I texted him pictures and he told me he couldn't help me. So I had to arrange separate transportation for one child!! Then the arm of one of the chairs constantly fell off and I got tired of having to reattach it. Then what I thought was the day before it was due to come back I texted Jaime asking him if I needed to clean the car. He informed me that the car was due back that evening which was my mistake. He told me that I could extend my rental but when I went to do that the system wouldn't let me due to a 3 day minimum. I told him that because he seemed unaware and he told me that I could bring the car back to him that night instead. So I drove down to his house which is in a very bad neighborhood and dropped the car off and had to wait in the dark for a taxi in this awful neighborhood because he refused to give me a ride to the nearest subway station. THEN he charged me $120 for a late fee and in addition to that he charged me for a cleaning fee. This man cannot communicate effectively and is just out to get money from innocent people who can't afford it. At this point I should have rented from a proper rental company. After all the charges it would have cost the same and at least I would have had a car that actually worked. Terrible experience.
