I can deliver to Phoenix Sky Harbor, Mesa Gateway airport or an address of your choice. Longer trips include free delivery, please scroll to the bottom of the page for delivery fees on shorter trips. If you decline delivery/pickup, please have transportation to and from our location pre-arranged. SKYHARBOR AIRPORT DELIVERY & PICKUP PROCEDURE:

Arrival day:
-Using your flight info I will pick up your party at the north or south curb of the arrivals driveway; this is on the same level as the luggage claim area; please take notice of the markings above the doorways.
-I normally allow about 45 min from landing to complete de-plane and luggage claim process; please advise me via SMS/text if you did not check any luggage or otherwise won't need as much time to exit the terminal. In any event, after you exit any of the doors all you need to do is text me the door number you've just passed through so I may locate your party quickly.
-Once we have you aboard, we'll proceed to the "East Cellphone lot" to complete the Turo check-in process (please have your drivers license available) and get you familiar with the vehicle. From there, you're on your way. During your rental period you will be covered under Turo's insurance.

Departure day:
-The day before you depart please notify me via SMS of the time we should meet, making sure you allow sufficient time for you to complete check-in and clear airport security. Our meetup location is the same spot in the East Cellphone lot where you took delivery of the vehicle, unless another location is deemed more convenient.
-On the day of your departure, please confirm an hour before our scheduled meetup time that you'll be able to meet at the specified time and location or if we need to adjust,
-After we meet and once the Turo check-out process is complete, which will include a walk-around and confirming the mileage and fuel level, I'll drive your party to the departures area of the terminal and you're on your way home.
-Any issues found with the vehicle after departure and not identified during the checkout process, can be submitted through Turo up to 3 days after your rental ends.

A similar process applies to Mesa Gateway Airport.

Guidelines
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURES AND REMINDERS:
-Please no pets or smoking in this vehicle, thank you
-As the renter you are expected to return the vehicle clean, re-fueled, and free of litter. If the vehicle needs washing or detailing due to dirt, carpet stains or odors, cleaning fees may be added after your trip.
-Please keep an eye on your allotted trip mileage, there's a surcharge for each mile over the limit.

FAQs
What do we need to consider when returning the car?
Just return it to us clean and refueled please, thanks! Cleaning charges can be added after your trip if the car is dirty on the in- or outside. If you forgot to fuel up, no big deal. You can pay cash for gas based on a $30 cost for a full tank (so $15 for a half tank or $7.50 per quarter).
What if we need more than the included miles?
It's no problem if you go over, just be aware of the 75ct per mile surcharge added to your total trip charge.
Do you deliver the car or do we pick it up at your location?
That's something that you specify when booking the car. Please note that there is a delivery fee and if you don't opt for delivery, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from our location.
