I initially had a reservation with another rental agency when I came across Randolph's rental minivan. It was way more affordable and I didn't think twice and booked for 5 days. Randolph gave me easy instructions on where to pick up vehicle and had great communication to ensure everything was going good. The minivan rental through Desmond and Lisa was seamless and I cannot recommend them enough. Communication prior to and at point of pickup was fast, even with the time difference. Ather was very easy to work with when we rented his Mazda 5. We were able to transport three children under 5 years old and three adults with a weeks' worth of luggage inside the vehicle. It was a tight fit but worked fine for the four-hour trips each way. Pickup & dropoff were simple and hazzle free. Everything functioned well on his Mazda 5. We figured that we saved at least $500 total versus a 7-day minivan rental from the MSP airport. I'm happy to recommend Ather as a renter!

I had a last minute group trip request from my family that needed an 8-seater and my first trip with Turo was the rescue. Debasish accepted my request immediately and facilitated swiftly to have the car on time. The car was clean, as per the specifications and also well maintained; the drive was smooth and enjoyable. He also offered me to use his Fasttrack pass at toll booths, so nice of him. Just before I started off from his place, he quickly explained how to operate his minivan and also briefed me Turo's procedure, considering that I was a first time user. My family enjoyed our first trip to Disney/Universal and we are so grateful for Renato renting his minivan to us. The price was significantly better than major rental companies, but the car was comparable to anything else we could have rented. The van was spacious, clean, and the A/C was perfect. Renato even had the radio on a great Classic Rock station and we never changed the station. All of that would be enough to earn a good review, but Renato's service was way above and beyond. He met us with the vehicle as soon as we exited baggage claim and met us at our airline drop-off when we returned. Easiest rental car experience ever. He was extremely communicative and the process could not have been smoother. We are very grateful for such a good experience for our special family vacation. Next time we head this way, Renato will be the first place we look for a rental car. Thank you!

Great experience! Paul was very communicative and responded to our questions quickly. The advantage of curbside pick and drop off was the benefit that will keep us coming back. No waiting in line or wasted vacation time on a shuttle or rental line! The van was spotless and had all the features for 3 teenagers and 4 adults to run around town and make a long day trip to the Grand Canyon. We were worried about room for luggage for 7 travelers but we made it work! Paul was the best!!!

Diogo and Danielle are amazing! This was my first time using Turo and it exceeded my expectations. It was a huge perk to have the car picked up and dropped off in different locations (hotel pick up and drop off at airport). Diogo was waiting for me as I checked out of the hotel so I could load up the car and drive off. Then Danielle was early for my drop off at the terminal...again, I just unloaded the luggage curbside and was good to go! It saved me so much time and money! The value of the minivan rental was exceptional-the car was impeccable, smelled good, and was large enough for a large double stroller, four suitcases and some carry-ons. Car seats were included. It seriously was perfect! If you are traveling in the Orlando area, I highly suggest Diogo and Danielle!

I had a wonderful trip in this fun little minivan conversion! while relatively low frills, it is well thought out with a quite comfortable bed, kitchen gear sufficient for some great single burner meals, and *the best* blackout scheme I’ve seen for a rental campervan. this made for quite a comfortable night’s sleep, whether in a park and ride lot near Monterrey, a campsite in Yosemite, or a residential street in West Hollywood. Mike at Aiyre was great, and I found this to be a super great deal when compared with my prior rental experience via Escape in a full size van. sure, they offer a few more conveniences with a sink setup and powered cooler, but for the budget minded adventurer there’s no comparison. far better gas mileage, better sleep environment, and incognito on the road. Aiyre is the way to go!

I woke up on early Friday morning with the bad news, my host canceled a rental I previously booked almost 4 months ago, just 2 hours before my trip. Very stressed I started trying to solve this situation with the help of Turo support team, then I found Lori’s van. I requested a rental and the system said I need at least 3 hours to book, so I did. But I needed to leave town on one hour, so I texted Lori asking to pick her car ASAP, she immediately texted back saying “no problem, come over”. She had the car ready for me. The car had some dashboard warnings on, but no problems materialized and I cannot blame the owner for any of those warning lights since I gave him no time to anticipate this rental event. The car was clean and strong, she picked us up right at the curb at the airport, her communication was very prompt, and they were waiting for us at drop off at the airport on our return trip. Trace’s van rental was better than we imagined! Pickup was super smooth and right on time right outside our terminal. The van was clean and odorless and had all the bells and whistles. This is by far the best car rental service for me, my first time using it, was lil skeptical at first, but happy I did. Sergio is a really cool and professional guy, on time with both drop off and pick, did have to wait, he has this really cool VW mini van, really clean (my wife loves it) fully compact, was perfect for thanksgiving for my family and I. Great on fuel and has am entertainment system for rear passengers. Even after returning the mini van to Sergio at the airport, he was already waiting on me at my terminal which was such a relief of not having to wait, and he even helped with all of our luggages (he didn't have to) but like I said, HE'S THAT COOL. Felt like I was just borrowing a vehicle from a really close relative. I would recommend anyone visiting the orlando area to use his rental services. Thank you Sergio and keep up the great work

I rented from Tom a mini van to carry around my family visiting from Miami for the Thanksgiving holiday. The process was painless and easy. Tom stayed in touch with me via about all details of the rental. We did not get the van we have selected because of mechanical reason but the one we received in its place was very comfortable and in ran perfectly well. It was basically the same van in a different color..so no big deal. The drop off and return were so convenient for me. I am very appreciative of Tom's quality of service. Adam was the best Turo host I’ve had. Responded very quickly and made sure my needs were accommodated for. Me and some friends rented his van to take to California, there were no problems with the van and it was very clean. AC and heat worked great, rode really well. Honda Odyssey works great for a family vacation of 8. Many minivans on Turo are actually 7 seaters but Steve’s is an 8 seater. Communication was clear and Steve was flexible with changing the return location and even gave me a ride home! I’d definitely rent again if I ever have a family trip to California.

This was my first time using Turo and I had a great experience! Terrence and his wife delivered the minivan to me and showed me how to use all the features. The minivan was exactly what I needed to comfortably haul 3 people and a bunch of tubs full of merchandise to Seattle and back for a trade show. The rear seats fold into the floor and it is very roomy back there! It handles very nicely and gets surprisingly good gas mileage on the freeway. Backup camera and heated seats were super nice added features. Overall I had an awesome first time experience. I would definitely rent this vehicle from Terrence again!

Honda Odyssey 2012
I used the 2012 Honda Odessey. The vehicle had a smooth comfortable ride. Plenty of room for all 8 of us and our luggage and cooler! My kids used the DVD player which came in handy on our long trip. We were able to drop the car off a bit earlier which was a plus. Very professional service! Would definitely rent from again for our next long trip.

Honda Odyssey 2007
I rented Kenneth's Honda Odyssey for a 2 week family trip and everything about it was great from start to finish. Vehicle was in a great condition and ran smoothly. Car seat and stroller came in very handy with regards to my 3 year old niece. Both Kenneth and Valentino remained on top of any communication needed during the trip and Valentino was amazingly kind both while pick up and drop off. Highly recommended!

Matt is the BEST owner ever!!! if they ever have the Golden Turo Awards he’ll win every year. He’s professional, responsive, easy to work with, very nice and remarkably clean. He even has steam cleaned car seats for the kids. If you get the honor of renting from him please take the opportunity.

Joseph is easy and friendly to work with. He is very detailed when explaining the information of the drop off and pick up instructions. This is super helpful, especially when it’s your first time using Turo like myself! The car had great visibility and lots of space for luggage. He has a Phone holder inside the car on the windshield for utilizing your GPS, which was a nice little surprise. Great car for a party of 4 if you are doing a lot of driving around Colorado. Amazing pricing too! I recommend Joseph’s car rental to anyone. Thanks again!

Volkswagen Routan 2009
We used Anthonys Van for our 2.5 week holiday in florida Traveling from Australia it was such a relief @ the end of 20+ hrs flying to find his Van so easily @ the Airport and the comfort of the Vehicle was more than expected We were a party of 6 adults and the Van was more than exceptional when it came to power and comfort..we found Anthony so easy to contact and talk to..such a huge step up from using the rental car companys we normay delt with and sooo much more easier I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone considering highing privately and will definitely be contacting him again on our return holiday back to Florida in 2020 Thank you Anthony..you made a huge part of our wonderful holiday in your wonderful country alot less stressful..Kakete anoa ehoa..(good by my friend)
