Janice was very helpful and flexible on pickup and drop off. I would absolutely recommend to a friend to rent from her or I might even rent again if I return to the island.

What a fantastic Jeep! My 2 boys and I had such a great time. Pickup and drop off were very flexible and convenient. Janice was very kind and we felt like we have known her for years even though we just met! I recommend this Jeep for anyone that wants to kick up their Hawaii experience!

Michael was absolutely amazing. The car was detailed prior to arriving. It was delivered at the correct time. Michael had excellent communication. He replied back each time within 5 minutes or less. It was my first experience using Turo and thanks to Michael, it will definitely not be my last!!!

Jeep Wrangler 2010
The car we rented from Janice definately has a wow factor. Loved the color, the angry grill and the heating system, which came handy on the mountain. Janice was amazing, loved her attitude and the extra time she spent for demonstrating the capabilities of the car. The car is just perfect for the Mauna Kea visit. The ride up the hill was smooth and the descent was easy and care free. Really enjoyed the car and would definately rent it again. Thanks Janice ;)

Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen 2014
The car was perfect for our purposes. Here is why:
It was the right size (2 adults + 3 y.o. in a car seat).
Wagon allowed us to put all luggage in the back and hide it with the cover.
Nice and clean.
Great moonroof.
Bluetooth phone connection for streaming music and hands-free calling.
6 spd automatic got good mileage (an important consideration in HI).
Not the typical rental fleet car, so it blended in better than others.

Janice and her jeep made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable! Janice was extremely friendly, understanding, and very flexible with pick up and drop off. The jeep was everything we were looking for and more. It gave us the opportunity to explore all the places we originally planned on visiting, but couldn't with our regular van rental. Not only did the jeep allow us to explore more, but it made us feel welcomed as if we were locals and changed the atmosphere of the entire trip. The jeep (or as we called it, The Beast!) was definitely worth renting. You will not be disappointed.
