Joao and Fabio were so quick to respond to any questions we had, incredibly accommodating and flexible (we had a last minute 5 am departure when our original return time was 10 am, and Fabio met us at the airport with no questions asked!), and the car was clean and wonderful to drive. Krishanu was awesome! This was our first time using Turo! He was waiting at the airport for us before we got off the flight, he texted us and was easily available if we needed something. He met us and wheeled out our bags, he made our rental of his vehicle so convenient. The vehicle was in great shape, very clean, very fun and reliable as well as great on gas! He was waiting on us at the airport to return the car!

This was our first time renting a vehicle using turo, and it was great. Michelle and Dennis walked us through the entire process, and even called to clarify when I had questions. The vehicle was very nice. It has a little bit of a roar when driving, but everything works well, and it was a very smooth ride. My only issue was I had requested 2 booster seats, and when we arrived they weren't in the car. My kids are kind of borderline on needing them, and once we were situated in the vehicle, I decided when didn't even need them. Given the previous communication I had with Dennis and Michelle, I am confident that if it had been a problem, hey would have done whatever they could to make it right quickly. We would definitely use this service, and would definitely rent from Dennis and Michelle again.
