When travel to Portland or Vancouver and need to rent a vehicle, Thanaphong is the man to call, Period. I love the Lexus. I would like to have more miles for the rental period. Instead of 300, 500 would be optimum. I can't wait to rent again.

This trip was nothing short of amazing and overall the car was the same though my only drawback or concern is the status of the vehicle’s rear tires tread life/ traction when I picked up the car was unfortunately at or toward the end of its useful life and in need of replacing. At first I thought that maybe it was because the car was in sport mode and that it was a little damp out but I noticed anytime driving away from an intersection or a stop sign the rear tires with slip even under very low exhilaratio at first I thought that maybe it was because the car was in sport mode and that it was a little damp out but I noticed any time driving away from an intersection or a stop sign the rear tires with slip even under very low acceleration. This bothered me so much so, that I stopped by a few different tire places to have them check it out and look for a replacement though couldn’t find anything in stock to replace and wasn’t sure if I would be in reimbursed if I had bought replacement tires for the vehicle to make it safer and proper to drive especially in wet weather but other than that, the vehicle was quite amazing, and Thanaphong is A very understanding and patient and great renter to rent any of his vehicles from so far one of the best renters I’ve had through this app and I look forward to renting some of his other vehicles (like his beautiful 2013 Black Porsche Cayenne) in the near future which so far I have rented a vehicle from this app every day for the last month and a half, with a total of four different vehicles from three different owner/renters and all of it has been for the most part pretty good. This was a great experience using Turo! Joe was great, very friendly and response time for contacting him was very fast. Car was very clean and fun to drive! Joe was also very helpful with any questions I had! I was able to use this car to drive my now fiancé in to the park where I proposed on Friday!!!!! I would definitely recommend renting from joe as I’m sure all of the cars are great!! Will definitely be going with them when I need to rent again! Process was easy and painless!!

This was my first time renting a car through Turo and I was quite pleased with how easy it was. Tai was quick to respond to texts and pick up and drop off was easy. The car was located 15 minutes away from PDX, so I got a lyft ride to and from the airport. The sienna mini van I rented had plenty of space for our luggage and family and even handled the snow conditions adequately. I highly recommend Tai and his vehicles.

We needed to pick the vehicle 30 minutes earlier than scheduled pick up time and Tai was kind to allow us. The car is in excellent condition. The seats felt luxurious and comfortable.. Trunk space was ample for 6 people. Car performance is excellent that were able to cruise through the highway easy. We love the compartments that made it easier for us to store our water bottles and snacks. I personally loved being in the front because it had more compartments and made my backpack lighter since I was able to store my items safely in the vehicle. Overall, this car made our trip to Washington. It was a wonderful experience. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Tai who has been accommodating and quick to response on our emails. We will definitely rent from you in the future.

Jason made my trip to OR/WA easy, fun, and extremely convenient. His car gets pretty good gas mileage, so I wasn't going to a gas station every other day. Jason was at the drop off location early and was very friendly.
Last but not least-this car is very fun to drive and easy to handle. It was the perfect fit for someone like me who had never been on such windy roads.

Only thing I would have done differently is pre-download charge access apps (as Nathan suggested) or apply for charging station access cards PRIOR to car pick up. Thankful for the helpful driver of another EV car who let me charge on her access card while I was in Portland. Would rent again in the future....but with my new charge point card with me! :) Thanks Nathan!

Renting Tyler's Corvette was an awesome experience! I've driven the C6 and it was cool to see the improvements made in the C7. Still just as fun of a car but much more comfortable, and the interior is miles better than the C6. The car was a blast to drive.
Tyler made it super easy to meet up and was very punctual with his communication. I will absolutely be renting this car again as well as any other cars he puts up in the future!

I rented the car for the day of my anniversary with my wife. The best experience I have ever had. Tyler is awesome. He’s very easy to reach and he was very informative and helpful with anything I wanted or needed to know about the car. The car was incredible. It was in perfect condition when I picked it up and it was an absolute monster of a vehicle. Dump on the issue I had was because of my height. I’m 6‘5“ and it was a snug fit in the driver seat. This could easily be solved on a nice day when I can take the top off. I will definitely be renting from Tyler again.
