No exaggeration, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OWNER!!!! First of all, the car I originally wanted to rent from this user turned out to be a sold car, so he redirected me to the Grand Marquis, and I felt uneasy, but I figured hey, I need a car. He did not meet up with me when I came to pick up the car. He left the keys in the fuel door. I felt uneasy even more. Then we get in the vehicle and there is trash on the ground, crumbs on the seat, and just uncleanliness overall. He left the car with no gas in the tank. The car immediately showed an oil change needed and no washer fluid. The battery light was also on. I tried communicating with him through the Turo app and received no response. I proceeded to drive to the gas station to fill it up. I could not turn the car back on; it was dead. Thankfully there was a Jiffy Lube next door and they jumped the car for me to get me to move away from the gas pump. The mechanic said that the battery was put in backwards and there was a missing bolt; I would need to jerk the bolt every time I started the car. NO THANKS!!! So I attempted to call Amin 4 times: each went straight to voicemail. I ended up spending the whole day figuring this mess out. Turo was very cooperative with helping me. Amin gave me no cooperation or communication. I returned the car the same day, still no communication. Turo thankfully gave me a whole refund. This was a horrible experience, and I wasted a whole day when I could have been showing my best friend around Washington. Thanks for nothing.
