The car was fine. The experience was very. The only negative, which won't be of concern to most people is that the vehicles location is a little bit of a distance from public transportation., but Kyle was easy to deal with.
Let's start with Kyle is a stand up guy. No Bull Crap from this fella. I asked if I could pick up the vehicle a little earlier than previously set and he totally worked with me. When I dropped the car off he stayed outside with me chatting up a conversation as I waited for my girlfriend to come pick me up. His vehicle was filled with gas, clean, everything worked, and every time I sent him a message through TURO he responded/replied in minutes back to me. I'm definetly gonna rent from Kyle again in the future. Stand Up Guy.. thanks again Kyle
My friends and I planned to rent a car from another person through Turo who bailed at the last minute. Luckily Turo support was able to get us a refund and connect us with Kyle. He was great and completely redeemed my Turo experience. The car was clean and ran perfectly. Riding around the greater Seattle/Tacoma area in a tiger stripped, Kia Soul made our trip 1000% better.
Great car and nice owners. It was easy pick up because they deliver the car to Clarion hotel and we've used free shuttle from airport to get there. They just moved to Puyallup and asked return car to that location instead of original location - Renton. It was a little bit too far for us so they just reimburse $20 for the inconvenience and we've used uber to get back fast. Overall great experience. Thanks
I now love the Kia Soul. Great miles to the gallon. So much trunk space as the back seats fold down. A four door. Sunroof. XM Satellite Radio. Bluetooth phone connection. Smooth drive. Fantastic owner who communicates clearly and does all he can to make sure I had a great experience. And such a low price during Seattle's busiest month. Thank you Kyle!
