First time using Turo and fully impressed. I am so happy I rented from Patrick, he was not available at pick up or drop off but his instructions were clear and the car was great. There was a tumbling noise in the car when I drove off but I realized it was just the spare equipment bouncing around in the trunk, moved some of it around and didn't hear anything afterwards. I love the fact that it didn't take much gas to fill the car back up and the car itself is pretty fuel efficient.
The only problem I have but it was major was that I couldn't figure out how to play music from my phone via the USB port, it wasn't a big deal for me as I figured out how to use the radio after getting confused with all of the preset stations. Anyway all in all great owner, great trip, great car!!!! Would rent again for sure!

I had a pleasant and easy experience renting Patrick's Hyundai Accent for a four-day, 1,000-mile road trip. The pick-up & return process was very simple; it was convenient to be able to use the lock box to retrieve and return the car on my own schedule without having to coordinate much. Patrick communicated promptly throughout and was flexible about adjusting the mileage to meet my trip's need. The car is in good shape and drives very well.

This was my first time trying Turo over the chain rental places and the experience with Turo was much better in terms of overall value. Patrick's Focus was very clean and just what we needed to get around DC during a hot summer week. Patrick was very easy communicate with, which made the pick up and drop off process very easy. I would highly recommend Patrick's Focus if you are planning on renting a car and staying in the DC metro area.

Everything went great and as expected! Patrick was not present during pick up and drop off, but his instructions were clear and simple, and both went smooth and as expected. Since I didn't get a chance to meet him in person, we only communicated through messaging, and he was very respectul and replyied withing a good amount of time. Definitely will use his car again if I need a rental
