This was my first time using Turo so I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought initially that " free delivery" meant that so I was a bit surprised after reserving this, that I was told another some sort of delivery fee even though Abdullah advertises it as free delivery. He agreed after but upon arrival, asked for a ride back which I hadn't expected due to working then. He ended up getting himself back from from the very beginning, the communication wasn't clear. The car arrived clean, fueled up, etc. The car was fuel efficient. My issues with the car is that even as a short person ( I'm 5, 4) my head literally touched the ceiling of this car even driving and I kept hitting my head using a sun shade. I couldn't imagine how a tall person could drive this car. I blame Hyundai not Abdullah but it should be noted that based on your size, you may find this car uncomfortable to drive. The stereo was so so in sound but then again, it's a Hyundai. It certainly gets you to where you need to go but for nearly $40 a day with insurance, you can rent a more luxurious brand at a major car company which is where I don't understand how it makes sense to pay to use people's personal cars to get less options, or flexibility, than a major car rental company? I asked Abdullah if I could extend the rental due to complications of a snowstorm approaching. His communication was nill about that option and I simply got a text 10 minutes prior to his intention to pick the car up, even though earlier in the day, he stated he was leaving it till morning. No consideration for my own life or scheduling seemed to be made and so I felt like it was never intended to extend or go beyond a few days of renting a car through him. If you want fuel efficient, this car will offer that but so so many other cars on this site, even cheaper and perhaps with option to renew more conveniently.
