Description
This 2016 SlingShot SL LE is as fast as it looks. It will go 0-60mph in 5.6 seconds. This car will get you more attention then you have ever had in your life! It is loaded with bluetooth stereo, backup camera, keyless start security, LED underglow (Red and Blue color, and any floshing colors are not legal in Utah, but look way cool looking), you can change the led color with the remote. Even if you drive fast it still gets 27 mpg. In Utah a motorcycle driver's license are not required. A helmet is required for any passenger under 18. There is a helmet behind the passenger seat. You will need to know how to drive a stick shift or manual transmission. This has a very low front end. You will need to keep that in mind when going over any speed bumps, dips, and parking curbs. Please take all speed bumps at an angle and if you're not sure just don't. It's not worth paying to replace it. Also don't pull up fast when parking. You don't want to hit the very low front end into the curb. There is very minimal storage space. It has a large locking glove box and a locking storage compartment behind each seat. If you are traveling with bags you many need to use the passenger seat to put your luggage until you get to the hotel room. If you are traveling with two passengers from the airport would probably be ok with two carry on luggage until you get to your hotel where you can unload. Please text me with any questions on storage space. 801-380-0288

Guidelines
The front fender is very low. Keep that in mind. Please take every dip very slowly and at an angle to avoid scraping. Also do not park to close to curbs or sidewalks. The front part of the car will not fit over them. It is very expensive to replace the front fender and I'm sure you would not like to be responsible for damaging it. Do not drive crazy, Do not burn out. It is plenty fast and fun without putting your self and my car at risk. This is my favorite car. Please take good care of it and it will take good care of you.
FAQs
How weather resistant is the Slingshot?
This is weather resistant. It can be raining and the seats, stereo, and mini LCD screen are all ok. It was built to be weather proof. It's probably not super comfortable to be out in the rain, but it won't hurt the car any.
How much storage does the SlingShot have?
Not very much. It has a glove box that is bigger than most. There are two storage compartments behind each seat that can hold a little more than a helmet each. If you are one person coming from the airport and have a bag. simply put it in the foot area of the passenger seat. Please call or email me with any specific question on size. escamillaloans@gmail.com
Do I need a motorcycles license to drive this?
No
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Not if you are over 18. You may want to have sunglasses if you will be driving on the freeway. The wind is in your face and it's hard to see without some kind of glasses. There is a pair of yellow tint goggles in the glove box just in case you need it. If you have a passenger that is 18 or younger a helmet is behind the passenger seat.
Is it possible to squeal the tires?
Yes, It comes with traction control so that you are not burning out all the time. I would prefer you not go crazy and burn through my expensive tire. It also becomes a little unstable when the tire is spinning out. I don't recommend doing it on purpose.
A brake light comes on.
Not a problem. This is a broken sensor and I am waiting on parts from the manufacturer. The brakes work great and you will not have any trouble with the car.
I can hear the belt make noises.
This is normal because the belt is relatively new with less than 10k miles on the vehicle. It also makes noise sometimes after driving on a dirt road. There is no problem with the belt and can go away with cleaning the it or with some belt ease spray in the storage compartment behind the passenger seat. If you spray it remember to spray on the belt teeth not the outside of the belt.
