-If you are coming in from out of town we offer airport delivery, we wait till you get your luggage and hand key (vehicle) to you PICK-UP Lane 3mins after you give us the pick-up gate number, you should be on your way in 15 seconds usually :) and take the keys at the DROP-OFF Lane. WE DO NOT RIDE IN THE CAR WITH YOU FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT.
If this is your first time thinking about using TURO, then FYI its easier and faster than regular car rental services and this is an UBER-SELECT Grade Vehicle which charges $3/mile + $0.35 before surge pricing... so you are saving already.
This LEXUS GS 350 is a GREAT CAR... Its Pearl white on the outside and it looks better in person.
-Pets are allowed but you must specify before hand that you are traveling with a pet. We will provide a back seat cover. If you are traveling with a pet we ask that you clean the car prior to return. If car is returned with pet hair present additional hair removal costs will be passed on to you.
-The car comes with the fuel tank near full, cleaned and vacuumed every time We ask that car be returned with a clean interior but exterior does not need to be spotless on return. We will wash the car after your return.
-If mileage restrictions are an issue please contact us as we can be flexible as long as the overage is not excessive.
Turo Provides liability insurance in your rental fee but does offer additional coverage for an extra fee and I have a copy of the insurance card in the glove-box

Q: Is the price negotiable?
A: On rare occasions I will reduce the rate depending on how many miles you plan to put on it or if you are booking on short notice. I rarely adjust my price but I will not be offended if you ask.
Q: Are the rental days adjustable?
A: My vehicles are normally set to a 3 day minimum rental period. On some occasions, I will reduce this to accommodate
Q: Is the total mileage negotiable?
A: I don't usually like to go over the allocated mileage limit without charging additional fees but on some cases I do allow this for a very reasonable fee or not at all. Please inquire with me if you feel you may need more miles than allocated.
