Aimee is just great to work with. I've rented her Prius, before and it's always clean, smells good and is in great condition. I drove her car to Cedar City for the Shakespeare Festival this summer and it was a comfortable, quiet ride. This time, I needed the same car, while my car is at the mechanic. She was very flexible, as I had to extend my rental, at the last minute.
Aimee was amazing! Easy transition with pickup and drop off. Always in contact with questions and arrangements. The car was perfect for my purpose and gave me a worry-free trip. Would definitely book again in the future.
I loved the car. It was in great condition and very clean. It ran well and I didn't have any issues. It was a fun car to drive in general. Amy was great about pick up & drop off. Great communication and timelines.
AIMEE was great! The car was in terrific condition and we were pleased to have such great service. All of us who road in the car are very sensitive to smells so my only suggestion would be to NOT have an artificial car freshener in the car. Thanks!!
The car itself was okay for a $30/day rental, even having dirty back seats, which weren't a problem since I didn't use them for my trip. What started as a $30 trip ended up costing $250 for 1 day, due to mileage and return time issues. Both of which I brought up as a concern to the renter before and during my rental of the car. Yet I was never informed of the "correct" process to adjust the trip accordingly. If I had been informed, I could have kept the car 2 more days and paid only $90. Make sure you understand all fees, because you cannot expect any sympathy from this renter or from Turo. I'll stick to real car rental companies from now on, which have some sense of customer service and decency.

Aimee was great. She was very accommodating and was more then willing to meet me at the airport. The car was in great working order and the gas mileage is fantastic.
Aimee's Toyota Prius was a comfortable, easy ride and my daughter and I loved being in it. We took it to the Cedar City Shakespearean Festival and the air-conditioning was perfect and easy of picking out radio channels on the screen was fun. We still had 1/4 tank of gas, when we got down there and didn't put any fuel in, until just before returning to Salt Lake. A great car.
