A sporty hatchback with a lot of space! It averages about 30 miles per gallon for us. It's a front-wheel drive with traction control and all-weather tires. It also features manual gear shift mode for going up and down the canyons. It has AUX input, a good sound system, and good heating/cooling systems. Located at the mouth of Big Cottonwood canyon!

I brought up a few concerns with Seth that he indicated he would fix.
Minor issues: Air conditioning was not operating at its maximum efficiency - I'm guessing something wrong with the fan as the air was cold, but weak in pressure as it left the vents - frustrating on a 100 degree day in Utah. The driver's side mirror shakes at highway speeds and makes monitoring other vehicles somewhat difficult. The driver's seat is not fully secure, and the entire seat (not just the back support) tilts back slightly on acceleration and forward slightly on deceleration. Minor enough that you get used to it.
Major issues: significant alternating left-right vibration of the steering wheel at speeds above 65mph, enough to "jiggle" the steering wheel rapidly in your hands. It feels like the car is trying to shake you off the steering wheel. Most importantly, both front tires were completely "bald." There's was no tread left - a major safety concern. I recommended to Seth that he shouldn't let anyone drive this vehicle until at minimum the front tires were completely replaced. He was understanding and showed concern, indicating that he would take the proper maintenance actions to ensure his car was as safe as possible.
