First let me start off by reviewing the car... the car was very dusty on the inside. The kind of dusty that happens when you don't clean the car for months at a time. The windshield was incredibly dirty on the inside and outside. So much so that I had to pull over to clean it while driving. And the tires..... could you at least make sure there's adequate air in the tires so I don't have to pull over to do that too. The car did not include Bluetooth as advertised. Albert needs to work on his listings. Maybe he shouldn't have so many if this is the condition vehicles are going to be in when a renter comes to pick them up. Other than that the Prius was fine. Good on gas and relatively reliable, except that sometimes cruise control didn't work or turn on. My Trip started two hours late. I had a last minute cancellation so I found Albert's listing and noted the average response time. I needed to leave at 6:30AM. I booked my car around 9PM due to the other renter never responding. Albert responded 20-25 minutes later saying I could pick the car up after 8:30AM. I immediately responded asking about the time I had scheduled it for and never got a response back. I was ignored by Albert. As a person who used to rent their car on Turo, I know this can be changed in your settings if you don't want to be available at 6:30 AM. Albert's poor communication skills really put me behind on my trip. If I can avoid it I won't be renting from Albert or alamo car center ever again. Last thing... I never even got to speak to Albert. He wasn't there for drop off or pickup, and his staff didn't try to apologize for him, but rather, complained that he didn't pay attention to detail and seemed irritated at their boss. As a former business owner how your employees speak about you shows a lot about who you are professionally. In this case it was made very clear, Albert is both unprofessional and doesn't seem to care as long as he gets paid.

Car was great, the ride was smooth and clean. The remote key however was running on a low battery so I was locked out a few times.
