This is a luxurious car. No kids under 9 will be allowed. I think you understand. Damages in this car can really add up. Non-smoking car. You will really enjoy this ride. It has many technological gadgets in it.
Terrible!!!! DO NOT RENT THIS CAR!!! The first few days seemed to go as planned however 2 days before my trip was to end the car overheated and broke down on me coming home from work. I spent from 5pm to 11:30 trying to get myself and the car back home. After sending Willis a detailed message of what happened and notifying him I'd like to cancel the trip he seemed to be understanding and apologetic. The car stayed parked at my place for 48 hrs before he came to pick it up!!! (Which he waited until the trip ended basically) and he only refunded me for the last day (since I obviously could not drive it anymore) but felt he did not have to refund me for the day I spent 6 hrs trying to get his car off of the side of the road. As if his car hadn't cause enough trouble his unwillingness to play a part in fully resolving the issue to insure his customer could be reimbursed for the eventful evening of dealing with his cars trouble really showed he is only in it for his own selfish gain.. To add icing to the cake (as if we don't already have diabetes) I saw the car back up on the app THE VERY NEXT DAY!!! Which means he has not taken the time to have the car properly inspected/fixed. Please do your self a favor with this catfish of a car (because on its exterior it truly is a looker) and DO NOT RENT IT!! Hope this helps someone...
Willis was a pleasure to work with. The car was well worth his daily price. Car was very clean on the inside, however, it was not perfectly clean on the outside when I picked it up (maybe this is normal for Turo?). Would rent again.
This was by far the best car rental experience I could've asked for. He picked me up from the airport promptly and allowed me to deliver the car back to him a few minutes late due to traffic. The car was more than great and Willis was very understanding of another major issue that came up during the trip. I wish all Turo owners were like Willis and would rent another car from him and recommend everyone do the same.
