Is your vehicle equipped with a toll tag?
All of our rentals include a toll tag. Toll tag usage will be calculated at the end of your trip and you will receive a screenshot of the usage. We do not add extra charges such as administrative fees. You pay for only what you use.
Do you do airport curbside pickup and drop offs?
Dfw airports are getting strict on this service...so no BUT the remote parking area that we use is only 5 minutes from the Dfw airport terminals and 3 minutes from the Dallas love field terminal. Our past guests have really enjoyed the remote drop off experience. Give it a try. We think you will love it too!
I arrived early, can I start my trip now?
Turo allows you to start your trip 1 hour early IF the vehicle is available and the host and guest both check-in. Your vehicle is normally ready for you to pick up 1 hour prior to your trip but please message us if you would like to start your trip earlier so we may accommodate you. If you would like to start your trip earlier than 1 hour you will have to contact Turo and modify your trip.
I am running late for my return time, what do I need to do?
Don't panic! Life happens. Send us a message, preferably before the end of your trip, or as soon as you know you won't make it on time. If we know you are going to be late we can adjust our schedule to accommodate you. If you are going to be more than 1 hour late please contact Turo. Our office is 50+ miles from the Dallas airports. If you fail to contact us ahead of time we may be already waiting for you, plus your vehicle may be already booked for another guest... So if you are late returning the vehicle, it may cause a delay for the next guest.
I can't find my shuttle...HELP!
We ONLY use "The parking Spot" airport shuttles. They are unmistakably painted bright yellow with large black polka dots. There's a picture of one in your Turo trip photo section. There is also a link to their website where you can access their contact information. If this fails please contact us.
Can I let someone else drive the vehicle?
All driver's must be approved by Turo to drive. Please see Turo's policies for drivers. Other than that NO! If you allow anyone other than yourself to drive the vehicle YOU WILL BE HELD FULLY ACCOUNTABLE, RESPONSIBLE, LIABLE FOR ANY AND ALL INCIDENTS, ACCIDENTS, SITUATIONS ETC. Please don't let anyone drive your rental vehicle who is not approved by Turo!
Can I return my vehicle to a different location?
We are very flexible with returns. If you would like to change the drop off location from the previous location that was booked on your trip please contact us. Please note that a fee may be applied for this service.
What type of gas do I need to use for your vehicles?
Cadillac Escalade... Super Unleaded only please!
All other vehicles unleaded, unleaded plus, or super unleaded.
PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OTHER GAS IN OUR VEHICLES INCLUDING E15 AND E85 EVEN IF THE VEHICLE SAYS YOU CAN ON THE GAS CAP!!!
Do you give refunds for early returns?
Sorry ...but no...and here's why. Once you book a vehicle it is set aside for your trip. The car does not show available to anyone else but you and will not be available until the end of your trip for anyone else the book. We also lose on potential earnings... say if a guest wanted to book a vehicle for a longer period. When we deliver a vehicle it costs us time and money. This is especially true for airport deliveries since we live 60 miles from the airports one way. 1 airport delivery and pick up is an average of 240 miles total trip. Each one of our vehicles have set minimum days because of this. This is also why we can't afford to do 1 day rentals. You can return the vehicle early if you like...just understand that your unsed portion of the trip will not be refunded.
Are pets allowed?
We Love pets! We have 2 Bichon's...but WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS IN ANY OF OUR VEHICLES! Some of our guests may be allergic to pets. This is why we don't allow our pets or yours in our vehicles.
