The pick-up and drop off was very convenient utilizing the free airport shuttle. Shuttle runs regularly. No need for Uber/Lyft.
The vehicle needs some maintenance and it was not clean. Delivered with dirty windows, no windshield wiper fluid, caution light on dashboard wouldn't go out (no response from owner about concern). Outside had what looked like a coffee spill, along the side if the car.
I wanted to go to the carwash but ruled against it. The inside was clean but had stains in the passenger seat.
Overall, decent but could do a better job checking the condition of the car.
The pickup and car was great My only complaint was that Turo charged me for two days even though I only had the car a day and a half and when I asked for a little more time (that I already paid for) I was going to be charged more for it.
This rental was a great experience from start to finish. Kyle really has a great system in place and he was very flexible with my travel needs. Since this rental, I have told roughly 10 people about Turo. Will definitely use again!
He was able to meet me later than expected because of my flight delay. I really appreciated his flexibility when it came to the pick up of the car. Great guy, I would love to rent from him in the future.
Trip should have been canceled by Kyle bcz the traveler is not able to do it last minute. Its like he wanted credit for it regardless. He denied my Driver's License. He acted like a was a fraudulent person pretending to be "Lance Bass" on Facebook. Obviously I am not, that is just a FB name. I know this is partly Turo's fault on the Driver profile. But he did not let me demonstrate that I am the person on the FB profile, email, and messages communicating with him. My DL clearly identify me as my real name. Plus, he did not drop off car, someone else did it and she had to relay messages for him. Also, they did not communicate what parking lot to meet at. It was difficult bcz the address given was North Lake College. I don't think he own the cars bcz they have Dealer tags (n low miles)on them and meeting at locations he does not own or control.
So I have reached out to customer service but I have not received a response. Kyle was unable to complete this trip and did not cancel it, yet I was charged full price and still awaiting a refund. Please advise on next steps.
