2010 Mazda 3Ayan's Mazda154.529
Ayans Mazda was great, and very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone!
This renter is not the most organized. I got the wrong pick up address. The car was dirty and did not have a full tank of gas. Definitely will not be renting from this renter again. I have rented alot on Turo and unfortunately, this was the worse renter of them all.
I got into town last minute and was happy Ayan was able to accommodate. Unfortunately when I picked up the vehicle the interior was stained severely and the outside of the vehicle was quite dirty and unwashed. I took it through a car wash as soon as I left.
Vehicle ran well. Took me where I needed to go. I was thankful that Ayan was able to pick it the vehicle back up for a fee, but was a little concerned about the 30.00 reimbursement he wanted for parking as according to the airport's website, their highest fee is only 20.00.
Ayan a great person to rent from and is very accomodating. Easy to communicate with and makes drop off and pick up fast and easy!

Ayan was absolutely wonderful. He is friendly and personable and very accommodating. The car worked wonderful and has GREAT gas mileage. I barely used up any gas although I felt like I had driven all over while also using the A/C. I recommend Ayan and this car.
Worst owner I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The vehicle was given to me on empty and was absolutely filthy inside and out. The driver's side headlight did not function. I didn't notice the headlight out until 30 minutes after I left the owner's house. I immediately reported it to him through Turo messaging. To which he suggested I return the vehicle so we can replace the bulb together. Upon looking I'm the vehicle's manual I'm perplexed to see that the headlamp is only meant to be replaced by a professional at a Mazda dealership. Last i checked I'm not a mechanic and I don't pay for a rental vehicle so i can stop all my plan's and perform repairs on it. An owner or a company like Turo SHOULD understand customer service enough to offer to come to me at my location and convenience and fix the safety issue. Upon informing Ayan that I was busy and could not turn around in Houston rush hour traffic 30 minutes from his location for this issue that Turo states must be addressed BEFORE renting the vehicle out. Although that doesn't say much since Turo doesn't enforce their own "regulations". They claim to be unable to authorize even a partial refund without the authorization of the vehicle owner. The same owner who completely ignored and disregarded my complaint and request for a partial refund. The most upsetting part is that the owner insisted I return the vehicle on time, which I did, so that he could hand it over to another renter at 6pm (dusk) without ever addressing the burnt out headlamp! Turo was the opposite of helpful three many times I called in to complain and inform them of this safety issue that was about to be thrust onto a second unwitting renter. They didn't even seem concerned and they most certainly did not state that they would make sure it is addressed before someone else gets behind the wheel.
This entire experience has been a ludicrous experiment in common sense, or rather the lack thereof.
