Its likely your request is overlapping someone else's booking.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
I do not offer delivery, drop offs, or "meet me half ways". Please use Uber if you need a ride. Uber is very inexpensive in Houston often less than delivery fees. I am a TNC licensed Uber driver so it is possible, if your drop off time is convenient for me, to be your Uber driver for drop off.
How do I pay for the tolls?
The tolls will be added up at the end of the rental and billed back to you through Turo.
Can you arrange Uber for me?
Yes, I can arrange Uber for you if needed and will request reimbursement at the end of your rental.
What if I go over the allowed mileage?
Please plan properly to avoid excessive mileage charges. In general, the allowed mileage is more than enough for most renters.
Can I leave my vehicle at your address during the rental?
Depends. You may leave your car in the street during the rental, however, I am not responsible if anything happens to it. Warning: If your car has damage or is dripping fluids, the HOA will tow the car!
Do you offer discounts?
