What if I need to extend the rental?
Please extend the rental through your original booking on Turo.com or through the Turo App. Do not "rebook" the car as this needlessly creates a new booking. Please contact or search Turo support for instructions.
What if I am running late for pick up or return?
Please message me ASAP through the Turo app if it appears you may be late.
I tried to extend the rental but it wouldnt let me.
Its likely your request is overlapping someone else's booking. Please message me to find out why.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?

How do I pay for the tolls?
The tolls will be added up at the end of the rental and billed back to you through Turo.
Can you arrange Uber or Lyft for me?
Yes, I can arrange for you if needed and will request reimbursement at the end of your rental.
What if I go over the allowed mileage?
Please plan properly to avoid excessive mileage charges. In general, the allowed mileage is more than enough for most renters. Other owners as well as traditional rental companies offer unlimited miles.
Can I leave my vehicle at your address during the rental?
Depends. You may leave your car in the street during the rental, however, I am not responsible if anything happens to it. Warning: If your car has damage or is dripping fluids, the HOA will tow it.
Do you offer discounts?

Can I return the car early?
Yes, please modify the trip through your booking. You will receive a refund for the remaining days.
