Excellent leaser. Car was waiting at the airport as promised. Had to pay $24 for parking, and the car was parked in the garage, but that is well worth for the convenience of just walking up to a car that's waiting for you. Car was in excellent condition, and we had a great trip. Communication was very easy and tree responded almost instantiated to any questions. I would rent from him again next time I'm in Houston.

He communicated all the details very clearly and the whole Pickup and drop off at Hobby were very convenient. the Kia Cadenza is a great car, Clean, and large with lots of leg room and easily fits two large suitcases plus a few bags in the trunk! From the second I booked it to the day I dropped it off, it almost seemed too good to be true. He was punctual for the delivery and flexible with the drop-off. Steve's car was great - got us where we needed to go, was economical, and as described! It's helpful to note that the pickup is at a nearby airport parking lot (with a free shuttle), but that there will be an extra charge to leave the parking structure (for me it was around $11). Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but worth noting.

I enjoyed having this car because it was possible to set up a different drop off than the airport and I only needed it for a short time period. Ronald was at the terminal for drop off as soon as I exited the baggage claim area, and drop off was seem-less as well. If you are visiting Houston Ron is definitely your guy.

Veronica is an *excellent* communicator, which is 75% of the enjoyment alone. The Nissan Versa was clean & well kept. The only thing I noticed was the tires were getting pretty bald, which made it a little difficult to drive in the rain and puddles of Houston. Other than that, 5 stars!
