I had to call Turo support immediately after picking up the car. The e brake was not functional unless the car was left in gear. The check engine light was on when I first started the car. The car was covered in pollen because the top had been left down prior to pickup. He did warn me that the top was down. This review would be 2 stars had johnathan not seen me angry messages. I've received multiple upset messages from Johnathan after this happened and he has made me uncomfortable using this service now.
Very nice guy who had obviously taken great care of the car he was renting. He wasn't able to deliver the car to the airport as had been arranged and paid for through Turo (had to Uber to his location), but he was kindly accommodating with the vehicle drop-off. I would still recommend Jonathan because I think the delivery problem may have been outside of his control.
