WHO ARE WE?
We are a startup car rental company with our rental office just outside the DFW Airport.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED AT PICKUP?
Please ensure you have the following during pickup. We will be unable to handover the car if you do not have one of these documents.
1. Your personal car insurance document or ID Card. This must be current and valid through the rental term.
2. Valid US Drivers License. (Temporary driver’s license, learners permit or traffic citation will not be accepted)
3. Valid Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) in your name.
A refundable security deposit of $150 will be required prior to or at time of pick up. This will be charged to your credit card. We do not accept cash at this time. This will be refunded at the end of the trip after deducting any applicable fees/charges if any. It may take unto 4 weeks depending on your bank/financial institution for the refund to be credited back to your account. You will not have access to these funds during this time.
Our fleet of cars do NOT use Turo provided insurance. We require you to have valid personal car insurance (liability and collision)
Unlike traditional rental car companies we do not attempt to sell you expensive insurance or LDW/CDW at the time of pickup.
You can now book a rental car without having to buy insurance at the counter as long as you have personal car insurance. Our policy require us to rent only to those that have valid personal car insurance that has both liability and collision coverage that extends to the rental car during the rental period. Your personal insurance must be verified by us before the start of rental. There are no additional fees/charges.
What information do you need to verify my insurance?
We will need your full name and address, policy number, name of the insurance company, state where insurance was purchased and finally drivers license number. Do send this to email@example.com once you've completed the booking.
I do NOT have personal car insurance, can I still rent your car?
Unfortunately no, you cannot. Our terms requires us to only rent to customers that have an existing personal car insurance policy already active that provides for both liability and collision coverage of the rental car during the entire rental period.
You must be at least 21 years old to book this vehicle. Renters under 25 may be subject to young driver fee.
DFW AIRPORT PICKUP & DROPOFF
Pickup and drop off will be from the DFW Rental Car Center. DFW prohibits rental car companies from picking up or dropping off passengers directly from/to the terminals. Call us to let us know once you've landed. Proceed to pickup your baggage if any and take the blue airport shuttle bus to the Rental car center. You will then be picked up from the rental car center and taken to our rental office. Our rental office is located diagonally opposite the American Airlines headquarters and is less than 5 min from the DFW Airport and the Rental car center.
LONG TERM TRIPS
Trips longer than 28 days will require you to come by our rental office to renew the rental contract.
PLEASE KEEP THE CAR CLEAN
All our cars come with unlimited exterior wash at select car wash locations around the DFW Metroplex that you can use during your rental at no additional cost to you. Do ask us about the locations when you pick up the rental. If you return the car in a condition that needs more work than a typical wash and vaccuum then please expect an additional charge for the actual cleaning costs.
No smoking in the vehicle, if smoking is detected there will be a $300 charge for cleanup.
Unlimited miles within the state in which it was rented. The vehicle cannot be driven out of the state of Texas.
All cars will be available with a full tank of fuel. The vehicle must be refueled before dropoff, please provide final fuel receipt. If the vehicle is not refueled, please expect a fee request via Turo or we will charge your credit card the current market rates for the fuel along with a $5.00 admin fee after the trip.
All cars have toll tags which will pay for all toll road usage. These toll charges will be requested via Turo or charged to your credit card along with a $5.00 admin fee(one time) after the trip.
You are responsible for any wear or tear to the vehicle.

Parking space is limited at our DFW Airport rental office location. You will need to make alternate arrangements to park your car if any.
Free pick up and drop off service from DFW Airport to our rental location. All pickup and drop off must happen from the DFW Airport Rental Car Center as per ground transportation rules for offsite rental car companies at the DFW Airport.
We are located less than 5 minutes from the DFW Airport and even closer from the rental car center. After you've picked up your baggage call 817.768.6783 to let us know you've landed. Proceed to take the blue airport shuttle to the DFW Rental Car center. We will then pick you up at the DFW Rental Car center and take you to our rental office where all paperwork and deposit formalities must be completed before start of rental.
You must have personal car insurance that provides both liability and collision coverage of the rental vehicle. This insurance must be verified by us before you can start your rental. You must have a valid US drivers license and a valid credit card in your name. Pets are welcome but please return the car clean. Please expect an additional cleaning fee of $50 if we have to clean pet hair No smoking in any of our vehicles. If smoking is detected then there will be an additional fee of $300 charged to your credit card. The vehicle cannot be driven/taken out of Texas at this time.

Do you offer pickup/drop off from DFW Airport?
Yes we do offer free pickup and drop off from the DFW Airport to our rental office. Call the telephone number listed on your booking confirmation email to schedule your pickup after you land. All pickup and drop off will be from the DFW Rental Car center. Take the blue airport shuttle to/from the Rental Car Center. DFW Airport explicitly forbids rental car companies from picking up or dropping off customers directly at the terminal.
What can I expect if I rent from you?
Late model cars, no up-selling at the rental counter, use your own personal car insurance as the primary insurance without having to buy insurance from us, 24 hr roadside assistance, free airport pickup and drop-off, unlimited miles within Texas for daily and weekly rentals and last but not the least hard to beat prices.
How far away from the DFW Airport are you located?
We are located 3.5 miles from the DFW Airport South Entrance. Travel time to our office is about 5 minutes.

Clean new cars low mileage. Plus car free car wash. Very nice definitely being using them again.
My rental experience with Dinesh was great. I have no complaints at all. The car was very clean and comfortable. Dinesh was very professional and understanding and flexible. I highly recommend renting from him and his new company FIREARCH car rental. It's in a convenient location and your on your way in no time. Definitely 5 stars all tt
The car was really really great, almost new under 27k and polished inside and out. The Sentra had a few scuffs and scratches, so I documented everything, he is very relaxed when it comes to that. This is a starting rental car company, not an individual. Which I think it is cool just because . Does not provide insurance, neither thru TURO, nor private. So you need to have your own. This make the renter take extra steps to protect the vehicle. So, pick up tone took about 1 to 1-1/2 hours. So take your time. When on vacation time is precious, therefore this felt as a nuisance as I was on a tight schedule. He is working to fix that. One issue I had was that the car had a temporary paper plate that wasn't properly fixed, so it would flap due to the wind. I got pull over for that and given a warning, spend about 30 minutes with the state trooper. I got pissed because you expect the car to be properly legal to drive. Cops are always looking for a reason to get you. The one reason I didn't get a ticket was cause the state trooper said I was a good driver. Once I cooled off, I continued to enjoy the ride. I will totally rent again from FIREARCH.
