You may either park the car at The Love Connection or drop it off at my house and I will give you a ride to wherever you need to go if I am available at the time.
If you paid for delivery to DFW or your personal location, then I will handle meeting you wherever you want, within a 30 mile radius from Arlington, TX, or you can choose one of the other options above.

Guy is not a decent person and I will never do business with him again. This was only my second Turo rental and I was still figuring out how things work. I was coming into town for a funeral of a dear friend, and I reached out to him to start a conversation about my flight info. He brushed me off saying that I would get info an hour before rental, which was odd to me since I would be on a plane, but I didn't think to say anything. (I learned now to make sure the other person knows my flight info since people like Guy will do everything they can to make sure they screw you.)
My plane was delayed 30 minutes and when I landed, I found some messages from him to contact him, which I did right away. Turns out that because my plane was delayed, I did not get any messages that he was cancelling my reservation because I was a no-show. I get the business side of this - he didn't know when I would arrive, but as a Turo owner of several cars, he knows that flights get delayed and did not try to get my flight info before I left just in case something like this happened.
Here's my main beef - I am in town for a funeral, I had told him that up front, and the instant he was able to cancel the reservation, he did so, and when I reached out multiple times to figure something out (because I assumed at first that this was a simple miscommunication and he would want to do the humanly decent thing of figuring out a solution), he ignored every contact I have made.
To this writing, he has not responded to a single text or voice mail. Because this was a last minute no-show, he gets to keep all my money, which was all the money I had for transportation at this very sad time. This forced my recently widowed friend to drive 2 hours to come get my wife and I at the airport the night before the funeral when she needed to be focusing on other things, all because he wanted to keep the extra $75 and not be a decent human being.
I then found out that Turo will not refund the money unless the owner of the car agrees.
I do not doubt that if my plane had not been delayed, he would have been just fine, but it's telling to me that the instant he did not have to be decent, he jumped on it.
I do not recommend Guy. Do not give a man like this your business, find someone else to rent from. It would be one thing if he had cancelled, and then talked to me to work something else out since he was able to rebook his car within 5 minutes of cancelling, but he has ignored every attempt I've made to talk to him, all to keep an extra $75. I hope it was worth it, Guy.
Renters Beware! I'm not a typical "reviewer" but this one warrants it to hopefully save you the hassle and inconvenience. Car was filthy. There is toxic residue that comes off of steering wheel while driving, huge dirt stains all over seats and carpet, and AC is not fully functional. Makes sense now why there were no pictures of interior in listing. On top of that car smells as bad as it looks. Pungent odor. Overall just inhumane and disgraceful conditions. Finally, when picking car up be prepared to pay hidden fee of $6-$18 to retrieve car from parking lot where owner has it stored. This was not disclosed in listing description. This ultimately was a colossal waste of time and money for me, so hopefully this helps others make a more informed decision. I don't think this is a Turo thing as I've had great experiences in the past, but instead a negligent owner with an ill-maintained vehicle looking to make a quick buck. Rent at your own risk!
Had to pay $13 to exit long term parking at DAL airport. Air bag light was blinking (who knows if it would have gone off if God forbid I got into an accident). Car wasn't dirty but wasn't clean either. Drop off was somewhat inconvenient as we had to park offsite from airport and request an Uber to get into the airport. Communication was good. Owner offered a rental discount if I replaced the brakes (which apparently needed to be done) which was a bit weird. Reimbursement for the parking and Uber took a full week. More hassle than I would have liked, but the rental rate was cheap.
First time using Turo, was a little worried but it was a great experience with no problems. He picked me up from the airport and took me to the car. Had it for a couple of days. Great compact car to get around a big city that I was unfamiliar with.
