The car had just about every notification light on. Check engine, low tire pressure, and I can't remember what else. They also asked me to pay a $3.58 with no explanation. I just paid it just to be done with it but I asked why and I never got a response. I put more gas in the tank then what it had, and put air in the tires. They were very nice though, and said that they planned on getting it in the shop the next week. I would rent from them again.
The car I rented was not available. I booked 2 days prior. I told them I was on my way, no one told me the car was not available. They asked me to take a different car. To keep my scheduled plan, I took the replacement. The employee proceeds to tell me the company did not keep up with maintenance concerns, the previous renter wrecked the car. I pointed out bent rims, low tire gage on and an engine light. He told me he checked the car and everything was fine and the lights were a sensor malfunction. 30 min after leaving, the tire blew out on the highway. Scared me to death. Waited over an hour for a tow truck. Get back to location. They apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a newer model saying Customer experience and satisfaction was their main concern. The car was dirty but I said ok. Then said he needed us to drop him off somewhere. Took us out to another car lot that was way out of my way. Because we didn't leave til 7pm, told me twice I could return at 7pm at the end of my rental. Next day (2 day rental), I get a message saying the original car I rented was back and they wanted to exchange. I said no and expressed how upset I was to the already horrible experience they have given me. No response was given. Next day, day car rental was due back, I get a message saying they booked the car for rental at 3:30pm and to have it back by then. This is the worst experience I have ever been through. They are not organized, do not clean the cars, and then harassed me during the rental after putting my and my husband's life at risk. I am livid. I am calling the Attorney General and filing a formal complaint about this business. I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!!!!!!!
