This vehicle was confiscated by federal agents. I was never given a reason. There's something strange going on

Bilal is a sketchy person to do business with. Be forewarned. I never actually met him in person. He only communicated via text and call. I rented the BMW 3 series from him. It was parked in a parking lot next to Dallas love field, where I went to meet and pick up the vehicle, but found there was a parking fee I had to pay for in order to obtain the keys. Bilal offered to reimburse me but a week after returning the vehicle he has yet to fulfill his end of the deal. Next the vehicle was listed with a license plate, but the vehicle had a paper license plate that didn't match what was listed. Inside the car reeked of smoke. He has no smoking written on the vehicle description but didn't know the previous client was smoking in his car! There were also a lot of stickers that were recently peeled leaving the glue to clutter the windshield. There was also no gas so I had to fill up almost literally after leaving the lot. I had provided photos of the vehicle, mileage, and my license as requested. However, Turo must make individuals such as Bilal responsible for these poor experiences. Those renting their cars definitely hold more power than the renters leaving a lot of room for abuse. And in this case I must reiterate, be careful renting from Bilal.
