May was an absolute pleasure to rent from. We opted for Airport pickup and drop-off. We were met swiftly after we landed at arrivals and took off for a week of fun in the sun. The car was great. We zipped around Austin and were able to park anywhere (it’s the perfect size!). Drop off was just as easy as we texted about 30 mins before arriving at the airport and were met just as we arrived. We’d definitely recommend renting from May when you’re in Austin!

Without a doubt the best rental car we have ever had. The truck is a beauty! Basically brand new with a ton of upgrades. It is the perfect truck for exploring Austin as well as getting out of the city and seeing everything the surrounding area has to offer. Kaelin was also amazing. He gave us great local tips, was extremely flexible and even left us an umbrella for the rain. If I could give six stars I would.

Renting Houston's truck for the weekend in Austin we flawlessly. He met me at the airport and picked me up from baggage claim. We went to the cell phone lot and did a pre check, he made sure I could drive a standard and then off I went. Upon the return he met me in baggage claim, we did the final check and off he went. I will definitely rent through Turo in the future and most definitely with Houston if it happens to be in Austin.

Priti was very responsive, detailed oriented, and great to work with. We got exactly what we were promised. The Fast Park and Relax parking lot near the Austin airport is a great solution for those that may have delays in their flights, which help avoid any additional costs for delays. It also mediates the pain of planning an exact pick up time.

We rented Kaleigh's BMW 3 Series over Formula 1 weekend in Austin. Our flight inbound flight was delayed, but Kaleigh was understanding and adjusted accordingly. A+ service and the car was perfect! She even helped us with some pointers on what to do in our free time in Austin! I would highly recommend this car to fellow Turo users and I will certainly rent from Kaleigh again when I return to ATX!

Alan was excellent with his flexibility to my times getting into Austin and leaving. He left the car in a very convenient location for me to pick it up at! Car was overall great! I drove all over Austin, and I do mean all over, and the car only used a half tank of gas through 5 days of use, on top of that it only costed 17$ (6 gallons) to fill the Honda Insight up from half tank! The car was a hybrid so I shouldn't be surprised about that. Anyways, I give this rental/renter a 10/10 rating!!!!! Thanks again Alan!

Clayton's SUV and Clayton are AWESOME. He was super accommodating when our flight arrived early at the airport and gave me and my boyfriend some awesome tips on the way in. The Honda Insight was very cost effective on gas, we definitely spent no more than $15 for the entire 4 days we were there. Very flexible! Will definitely consider to rent from again next time I am in Austin area. Turo seems to cut the alloted mileage by 25% on a ten day rental. Texted Jeff and he allowed us to use the full 200/day alloted giving us a total of 2000miles for the trip versus the 1500 alloted on Turo. There was some weird thing about the gas tank where the gas was overflowing when we fill it up but the number of mileage did not change, we also went through a toll (i think) and he just allowed us to pay him instead of being charged with Admin fees. Only down side is that he doesn't do pick-up/drop-off at the airport but he did offer to drop us off if we wanted to. This causws us to change our lunch plan prior to flying out but no biggie, we adjusted fire and still had a pleasant time. The car was everything we needed the vehicle for--space and convenience. Very nice vehicle for an affordable alternative to rental cars.

J's set up was perfect for Turo especially if you're coming to and from the Austin, TX airport. He lives next to the airport so the pickup/drop off process was simple and easy. Story : Jeremy is a cool guy. I had rented his MINI Cooper for this trip. But, just a day before my trip's start date he contacted me and told me that MINI is having troubles and is in repair shop. So, instead of cancelling the booking he went out of his way and gave me his Dodge Challenger without charging me any extra fees. Will definitely rent his car whenever in Austin.
