How does a drop-off and pick-up work at the airport?
You will need to provide me your flight details well in advance of your trip.
For the pick up, I will meet you at curbside outside of baggage claims. I will also be sharing my location through the turo app so you can track my exact location.
Drop-off - I will meet you at the curbside outside of the departure gate of your airlines. I will let you know well in advance if I am not able to make it on time. In such circumstances, you may park the car in the central parking area, leave the car keys and the parking ticket inside and lock the doors manually.
Punctuality in dropping off the car is greatly appreciated.
How does the Ez pass work?
The car is equipped with Ez pass which allows you travel without the hassle of stopping and paying cash at toll booths. At the end of your trip, I will request a reimbursement based on the toll history. Details of the tolls charged can be provided on request.
Are you going to provide a nice clean car? Are we required to return the car in the same condition?
I provide an absolutely clean and hygienic car to drive. Typically, I clean the interior and exterior of the car a day before your trip. I do not expect you to return the car in the same condition. However, please make sure to remove all food items or wrappers from the car before you drop off the car.
I would highly appreciate if you did not smoke in the car. Any cost to remove the smoke smell from the car will need to be reimbursed by the renter.
Do you provide a full tank? What if we are unable to return the car with the same level of gas it was provided?
Generally, most renters find it difficult to return the car with full tank. I give my cars at 3/4+ tank. You may request full tank before the start of the trip.
I will be requesting fuel reimbursement through Turo based on the based on the actual cost incurred to bring the gas tank to the same level.
What if we meet with an accident or a breakdown during our trip?
If there is an incident while a traveler is using your car, the traveler should report it to the appropriate parties: the police if urgent, and to Turo or the owner, depending on the coverage plan selected, as soon as possible (definitely within 24 hours from incident).

Do you offer free drop-off and pick-up?
Free drop-off and pick-up is available at the airports for trips longer than 3 days. I may also deliver or pickup the car at a different location free of charge depending on my availability and distance from my location.
Please check with me if you would like to pick up or return the car at a different location.
