I can see why Mark has so many good reviews on this car because it really is awesome! It fit my family and I comfortably for a weekend trip. The car has a great sound system, it’s spacious and a comfortable ride. I noticed the radio didn’t have an AUX to plug into but this is where Mark comes in and saves the day by having a tape adapter in the glove box for you! He also provides extra power adapters so you can plug in your charger cables and power up. Pickup and return was flawless and easy as well! I had a very minor issue while using the car but Mark responded very quickly and acknowledged the issue! Great renter and great car! Will definitely be renting from him in the future!

I have to say this was the easiest rental I've ever done. Mark was amazing. I extended my trip several times and Mark was so accommodating! And I've rented another car for Mark! Communication was awesome he responded to any issue I was having and immediately made sure I was all set. The cars were always clean and ran beautifully! I will never rent from Enterprise or other rental companies again! Mark was exceptional

I considered Mark as one of the best car owners in Turo. I prefer to rent one of his nice cars because of his nice attitude and willing to help. Whenever I need him, he answers my calls. Mark gave me a free ride to the terminal which is very kind of him (this is the second time indeed). Sure I will rent again from him. I strongly recommend him.

Mark was fantastic. The Escalade was clean, vacuumed and ready to go upon arrival. Mark was professional and prompt in answering all of my questions via Turo and via email. The great thing about this SUV is the third row and the extra space in the back. Not to mention the heated seats for back passengers and the luxurious ride. It was perfect for picking up my family members at the airport. I highly recommend Mark and I look forward to renting from him again.
