Scott was wonderful to rent from again! When there was weather issues that we had to deal with he was super accomdating and let me pick up the next day! When I had a question, Scott quickly called me back! Excellent all around!

The highlander was a fantastic vehicle as others have stated. Drove perfectly with great mpg and kept the kids entertained with the DVD. Also very easy pick up/return!!

The car was clean, nice looking and drove good. Scott got responded to me quickly and was easy to work with.

Our great family vacation was made better because of this very nice Highlander. Interior is very roomy, with super comfortable seats. Great climate control for all passengers even back into the 3rd row. Hybrid vehicle so we got great gas mileage. Scott and I communicated several times prior to our big trip, and he always replied promptly and was extremely courteous and helpful every step of the way. The kids loved watching DVD's on the overhead system, and Scott even provided extra batteries in the glove compartment for the headphones! Scott also added a cargo storage box on the rooftop as our party of 7 had lots of stuff we wanted to bring along with us. Picking up and returning the car was hassle-free; there was a gas station about 4 miles from Scott's house so refilling the tank was easy.

Scott is awesome! He really went out of his way to fulfill some special requests I had. The Highlander was everything I'd hoped it would be. Did not cost much for gas at all because it's a hybrid. The three row seating was much appreciated for our family trip.

Scott was on point with his communication. Smooth ride & loved the quiet hybrid.
