Great running hybrid that uses gas and has an self charging electric motor gets you 45mpg. I'm conveniently located downtown. You can store your bike in my basement or you can ride the light rail to the car for $5, getting to and from the stop is easy and I'm willing to pick you up from there for free if my schedule permits. I will also pick you up from the airport if you would like for less than what an Uber would charge.
EV / Hybrid
An uber from the airport is $25. I'll come pick you up, but would need a ride back downtown, which is great if you are staying anywhere in the portland area.
Please return the car clean. No smoking.
I have a friend who has a house to rent on Airbnb if you would like a link. Just let me know.

Although, I was 1 hour late in picking up the car, the overall trip was good. I did, however, drive to an area that was foreign to me, and the car provided stability.
Chris was very nice and respectful, but I would not recommend anyone to use this car. we pulled out of the parking lot and as soon as we hit 14 mph a loud noise was coming from the engine. We were hardly able to keep up with the traffic.
Very mixed experience.. The renter wouldn't talk to me on the phone when I called to confirm the trip, and he left me the keys by the car so I never actually met him and didn't get a run-down on the vehicle. I'm just glad that I've driven a Prius before because it can be confusing! The vehicle itself was mostly clean, it works but has a hard time over 50 mph and rattled under the hood over 40 mph. However the price is right for a decent car to get around town.
This worked out really well for a last minute booking one day when we decided to take a little trip outside the city. Chris was friendly ,quick to communicate and the car was easy to get to. The car rental is a great price and with that the car shows some wear and tear but it was perfect for our trip. The only issue was that after driving about 20 minutes the check engine light came on and the windshield wipers weren't excellent in the rain- but these were minor problems. Overall, I would use this rental again and recommend it to others.
Working with Chris was a little challenging as he was out of town during my rental and had me coordinate with his neighbor to pick up the key from his apartment building. He also wasn't very friendly in his messages and refused to talk to me on the phone or text message - he would only talk through the Turo message feature.
The car is completely not as advertised - it is beat up and broken on so many levels. When I picked up the car the check engine light was on, the rear light was smashed out, the volume knob was completely ripped off, the interior clock was completely missing - the screen has been punched into the dashboard, the seat belts were stained and gross, there were scratches and damages all over the outside and the car made weird squeaking noises constantly while driving. The only redeeming quality about this car is that it works, and is a hybrid so it takes less gas than normal. Everything else about this car is a mess and I would not use it again.
Older car but worked fine and got us around! Pickup was good. Communication however was a little frustrating, he was unresponsive when I had a question. I texted, emailed AND called him and he didn't respond until the last day when I dropped off the car and he couldn't find it, even though it was exactly where he asked it to be dropped off (same location as pickup)
*Description says he will pick up from airport if available for free, however he wanted to charge $25, we ended up ubering instead.
