Udai was very nice and flexible with the airport pickup. The car was very nice and clean and I had no issues with it. Here are the concerns I have for future drivers of his car: while I was renting the car, I parked my car at dinner one night and in the morning I noticed that there was some bird poop on the car, to be nice I took it through a car wash. The next day after I returned the car to him he had placed a damage claim on the car and sent me a message that he had booked an appointment with the Toyota Dealership to deal with stain marks that the bird poop had left on the car after a second wash. I did some research online and called some car detailers who all said that it could be taken care of for a minimal charge or free. I'm not sure this warranted a damage claim, or the Toyota Dealership. This problem is still not resolved as of yet, so hopefully it won't end up being a huge issue.
