The car is in good mechanical and cosmetic condition, and Jesus was kind enough to offer a free pickup/dropoff.
Jesus was nice enough to let me know that he would be running a couple of minutes late for dropoff, and I said that was okay. When it came to picking up the car at the end of the day, it became complicated. He said I agreed to drop it off at his house (I had no clue where his house is, because the Turo rental page told me it was free pickup/dropoff at my location that I picked.) and proceeded to blame me by saying that I made him lose a day of work due to him willingly offering to drop off the car. This was an aggressive move on his part, especially considering how I pardoned being 40 minutes late on drop off.
Overall, I think Jesus could have had good intentions and there could have been a miscommunication, and the car was just as described by him. He even went out of his way to point out existing damage, which I appreciated. I'm not going to lie to anybody by putting 5 stars, because it was not a 5 star experience. I believe that honesty is the best policy, and my rating reflects my experience with the car and owner.
