James was great as far as allowing me to take the car a little early when I arrived. However, once I got in the car it was not clean, I did not expect a tip top perfect vehicle, but I felt there was no effort in giving me a clean product in which I paid for. Communication the last few days was awful as well, when trying to return the car early due to work and weather issues.
