Deborah's car was great - we took it on a mini road trip and the gas mileage was fantastic and made it very economical. She even dropped us off where we needed to be after returning the car which was very nice. The only complaint that I have is that the car smelled very badly of cigarettes and left a smell that continued to reek throughout our trip. Other than that, the car was great and Deborah was very helpful.
Deborah was sweet! Our first Turo experience was very convenient and had no hassle. The car came clean, great on gas btw, and she was able to deliver the car to us. Next time I'm in Vegas I'll be booking with Deborah again! Thank you!

Well the price is right! The car was new and what a great mileage for compact car! I also have to mention that Deborah will go out of her way to help you out! Some reviews say some negative stuff about the timing, but you also have to keep in mind that traffic in Vegas is very unpredictable and you have to plan way ahead! Over all you get a great deal for a good reliable car and a boast who is fully committed! Thank you Deborah for driving across town (twice!) to bring back my sunglasses and my phone charger, that I've left in the car. I will book the car from you again! Thank you!
Renting from Turo has been one of the most negative experiences I've ever had with a travel company.
I rented from them for five days and on my way to return the car, got a chip in the windshield. I reported the damage and fully expected to pay about $350 for a new windshield. A few days after I reported it, I got an email from them saying there were going to charge me $500 towards the damage initially and follow up once they received an estimate. Than I got an email saying the estimate was $1000 (for a new windshield) and they were going to automatically charge my credit card.
I called their customer service and they gave me a number direct to the claim agent. Not surprisingly, her mailbox was full, she never answered and every time I called, she was "in a meeting". Included in the damage estimate was $150 worth of processing costs- seriously?!
I will never use Turo again under any circumstances and would advise anyone against using them. So disappointing.
Our trip to Reno went excellent. Deborah was very nice and helpful. Even let me go over on miles when I asked. My girlfriends wanted to take her son to Carson city for some Nevada history. We visited the museum, capitol building and goveners mansion. We even were able to take a short trip to Lake Tahoe which is absolutely beautiful.
I have 2 more summer trips lined up and will definitely rent again from Deborah!!!
What a joke!!!!!! Late for everything. Only thing good about the trip was the car. Had to take an uber to the airport this morning because when we went to pick her up her phone was turned off. Sat in her apartment complex for an hour and almost missed our flight. She was also late picking us up from the airport. She wanted to switch cars half way through our trip because she didn't do the maintenance on the first car. She was late for trading out the cars as well by about 3 hours. Worst experience ever. Oh and we got pulled over by state police for EXPIRED TAGS!!! Personally I wouldn't even give this person a star but I'm required.
