Tatsiana's car was clean and worked perfectly. I didn't have any problems with her at all. She was quick to respond to me. And I had to make a couple of last minute changes and she was flexible. Only issue I had was I paid for Airport delivery, I thought someone would meet me to drop off the car and meet me to return the car. I'm a new Turo rider so I didn't realize it'd be a bit of a hassle to find the car in a busy parking lot. I had to drag all my bags around until I found the car. I also wish there was immediate customer service in emergency type situations. I had to return the car early at 6am and I do not know my way around the airport so I was driving around for like 20 minutes to get to the original spot where I picked the car up. I spent a lot of time trying to review communication on the Turo app to remember what the name of the parking lot was. Also I had issues when I asked the parking attendant where long term parking was & and the Tropicana Floor and she quickly asked me "is this your car?" I thought she knew Turo car owners or something but then informed me that she just had a company meeting & that it's illegal now for Turo cars to be parked in long term parking.. I didn't know what to do I had to catch my plane. So I told her that if it's illegal, show me the ordinance prohibiting me from parking in the long term lot....so again, the car and Tatsiana were great but the hassles picking up and returning were not so great.
This was my first trip using Turo and certainly won't be my last. There is something more satisfying and convenient in dealing with a single person rather than a rental car company. Tatsiana was helpful throughout the entire process, and always responded very promptly. The car was fabulously new and clean. It made for a great way to get around while climbing in nearby Red Rocks.
