Overall great experience. We Wish we had more time to ride with the top down but it was a nice car and Ryan made things super easy on me with pick up and drop off

Paul is cool and easy to communicate with & the car rides nice. The only thing is the car takes premium gas!! Other than that it is super smooth, rides nice, and I would rent again!!! I liked the heated seats, sun roof & leather interior. Bluetooth phone hookup was nice too. Convenient with pick up & drop off and very accommodating! Rent this car!

Thanks for great service and another wonderful experience to match the previous weekends rental of your BMW convertible. I surprised my bf with the opportunity to drive arpund again top down but this time with his children ( locally ) as they got a huge kick out of it when he picked them up from school infront of all their friends! Needless to say ....it was a HUGE hit AGAIN!!! Thank you and we will be back in the spring I'm sure of it!

My girlfriend got me this gift for fathers day and I held onto the opportunity for the perfect weekend to use it. And let me tell ya....for all that we had planned last weekend...this ride completed the entire weekend experience and didn't disappoint whatsoever! I requested it last minute on a Friday afternoon and when I arrived and took delivery, Ryan even handed over $20 since there was just a little bit that needed vacuuming ( it was no big deal honestly considering I needed vehicle with such short notice on a Friday afternoon leaving him little no time to do it otherwise car delivery would of been delayed . He didn't have to do that but obviously wanted to make sure my experience was as good as advertised. I returned the favor washing it with the money left over as a nice gesture returned.) But honestly, after a great driving experience and phoning Ryan just once on a Friday evening with concern about locking / securing the vehicle overnight ....the only REALLY REALLY BAD DISAPPOINTING ISSUE I HAD ..... WAS THAT I COULDN'T KEEP IT AS MY OWN AND THUS HAD TO RETURN IT AS MY RENTAL TIME PERIOD HAD EXPIRED SUNDAY AFTERNOON.... Girlfriend even acknowledged on the way home after droping Ryan's car back to him how pitiful i looked that i had to give it back saying ... "oh my god..... you seriously look so sad right now...." she was right I have to admit....sad to see the ULTIMATE DRIVING EXPERIENCE leave for now but Im certain i will return soon for one more top down experience before this year is out . Thanks a bunch Ryan. He's as easy going as they come.

This was my first time using Turo. Ryan was great he took time to explain the features of his car to me and also helped to sync my phone up to it. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a rental 😀
