We had a great communication with Maria before and during our trip. The car was clean like new. She was punctual, early to meet us to be exact. Location in Secaucus is very convenient especially if you're coming from New York, she is willing to meet at the Secaucus Station which is 10mins away from 34st Penn station in NY. Return was a breeze even though we ended up returning the car in the very last minute of the day. Will hire from her again in the future.

Maria was extremely easy to work with. She is communicative and accommodating. She picked me up from Secaucus Junction train station to the location of her rental car. Very convenient coming in from NY - especially to avoid all that tunnel traffic. The car itself was in great condition and very clean. No complaints!!

Jia is an excellent owner. His car is clean and well maintained. He makes sure that you know how everything in the car operates and takes the time to even help set up your Bluetooth given the car has two distinct Bluetooth signals. He is conveniently located to the Secaucus Junction train station. Probably a short 5-10 min walk to meeting point. Highly recommend.

Overall, Maria coordinated a seamless rental experience. The car we rented was new and Maria went out of her way to be flexible on dropoff time and provided my group rides to and from Secaucus station, just 10 minutes away from Penn Station.

TIP: for general public if coming to NYC, fly into Newark instead of JFK. There is almost no turo cars available in Manhattan, most cars are in NJ so flying into Newark makes more sense if getting Turo cars!
