Good but confusing and hard to get a hold of. As a first time user of Turo I leaned on Han (or Xavier as he goes by which is the first confusing part) to help me through the process and it seemed very shady. I picked up the car at his office which the security at the front desk was not sure of who he was and didn't know where the keys were since I didn't have a company name for Han/Xavier. Car wasn't full with gas and made the re-fueling hard to match and there was major damage on the car which if I didn't do a walk around then the damage would be pinned on me most likely. Returning the car was a nightmare because the security guards would not take the key back because they kept asking me to call Han/Xavier to come down, as Han/Xavier said the guards "knew him" but I had no clue which company he worked for and he didn't answer his phone when I called him over 15 times. The guards wouldn't provide me their names and they were just confused about the whole Turo process. Overall I would rent again but the key hand off process needs to be smoother.
Too easy! Han responded ASAP- left car keys with front desk and pick up/drop was a dream. Car is in prime condition everything works fine. Has little mileage on it and is close to brand new. Well maintained car will definitely rent again
