Welcome to Turo! Thank you for looking at my Acura TL. Just so that we're on the same page, I ask that you please read all the way through this wall of text because most questions you may have are answered and please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions.
Why work with me? Because my goal is to provide you with an unforgettable rental experience and provide the right car for your adventure. Read my reviews to get a glimpse.
Please respect the fact that this premium vehicle only takes PREMIUM GASOLINE (93 Octane) - gas receipts required at the end of the rental period. Not using premium gas can cause engine damage and you will billed for any damage as well as a dealer diagnostic check ($500), so please save your receipts and store them in the center console to avoid this issue.
Please check the calendar for most accurate rates and availability.
Simply no smoking--Keep the car clean for the Turo Community - if you return the car and there is evidence of smoking a $200 Detailing Fee will apply.
Excess mileage is billed at $0.75/mile. I provide plenty of miles for a daily drive so please review mileage limit prior to booking. If you're renting for a week+ contact me about mileage if that is an issue. Daily mileage for one day rentals is not negotiable-- you will incur the standard mileage charge for any overages. I take pictures of mileage before and after and suggest you do the same.
EZ Pass is available for use-- $10 fee applies + tolls incurred. $10 fee billed in addition to tolls at the end of the trip via Reimbursement tool. If you have your own EZ Pass you're welcome to use it.
After you've booked the car-- when your reservation time approaches, you can choose to receive the key by either picking it from me at the car's location or having the vehicle delivered to you.
If you've opted not to have your vehicle delivered, you can always pickup the vehicle at its location. I'd also be more than happy to meet you at Princeton Junction Train Station if you're coming through NJ Transit.
**WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING**
I will contact you within 1 hour via Turo Messenger or the Mobile Number provided on Turo to coordinate Delivery or Pick-up of your vehicle. It's seriously that simple. You can always contact me if it's urgent or time-sensitive.
I will document any cosmetic imperfection on the vehicle and will post photos on the Turo app. I highly recommend you do the same when you take delivery of the vehicle. If any new damage is discovered at the end of your rental period, you, the renter (or insurance policy purchased) will be responsible for it. If necessary, Turo support will assist in any claims, processing fee applies.
