I love listening to my music loud while I drive, and that car had some really loud speakers that made it happen! Fast car as well! Had rented from Rob plenty of times in the past, and of course, he was: humble, down to earth, and understanding! Definitely will rent from him again!

Car is very fuel efficient, and is fully responsive. The car does have an A/C but only front , and does include a back up camera. The car has a sports mode for those who love the speed.

Had a good experience renting Robert's Jetta. He's very easygoing and responds immediately, which makes working out logistics a lot easier! Having an EZ Pass in the car made life so much easier and an uber from his place to the Newark Path station was cost effective and easy.

Amazing!!! Very flexible and helpful! He picked us up from the public transport stop(without charge) because we were just generally bad at figuring that out. He was very courteous and when he picked us up said "you know if there's something I can do to make someone's life easier I'm gonna do it." Whenever I requested a change in time for pickup or drop off or anything like that Robert replied almost immediately. (We were probably very annoying and difficult to deal with customers, but Robert was extremely helpful and accommodating)!!!

This is my first time using Turo, and I have to say this was a nice experience for me working with Robert. Car is in good condition, Robert was flexible and I did make a couple of mistakes with this rental because I went 51 miles over, did not fill the car with full gas, and also incurred toll charges. Hopefully next time I won't make the same mistake again, but it was a good experience.
