Evandros van is wonderful and spacious, and he was extremely quick at responding. Can fit up to eight people if you're crazy. No problem picking up at Newark station. Although the trip and experience is 5 stars, the van did have some slight problems - very squeaky breaks ( but never felt unsafe) and some gear acceleration problems. Other than that, would rent again!!

I have had the BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! Chaim, is AWESOME. I had no idea what to expect, I didn't even know if this was going to be a better option, renting through Turo versus the big name brands that we are all familiar with. Just the fact that everything went so...FLAWLESSLY, was enough for me to say, screw the competition I'm going with Turo. Chaim has got to be THE MOST FLEXIBLE, OUTGOING, UNDERSTANDING, CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED PERSON THAT I'VE EVER MET. When I had my doubts about going this option, using Turo, Chaim was there to explain and answer all of my questions every step of the way. And i mean ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. Chaim's response times were quite impressive too. Each time I sent him a text, he replied within seconds, if not minutes. I don't live in an area or city I should say that easily accessible. When I saw that Chaim listed on the ad that the vehicle could be delivered, I was just CERTAIN that he didn't mean he'll travel this far away to deliver the vehicle. To my surprise... what do you know... Chaim came through, service with a smile, a clean vehicle, full tank of gas and keys in hand.... AT THE EXACT TIME THAT HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE. I...WAS... TOTALLY... IMPRESSED!!! ENTERPRISE, HERTZ, BUDGET, AVIS... WATCH OUT. THERE'S A NEW SHERIFF IN TOWN. Yeah, Enterprise will pick you up but guess what? Chaim will deliver your vehicle to you. Thus cutting the hassle of having to be picked up, or getting a ride to the office. And more importantly... Chaim was so flexible that I'm sure delivery could've been arranged at any time of my choosing. Now let's see the big boys top that. Chaim, you were great... screw that... Chaim you were EXCELLENT. AND YOUR SERVICE WAS STELLAR. I'M BOOKING WITH YOU AGAIN TOMORROW. I guess not everything is too good to be true. Chaim proved that. Thank you again Chaim. You will have my business forever. Or as long as you're in the business of renting. The vehicle was OUTSTANDING TOO. NO ISSUES. THANKS AGAIN CHAIM.
