2011 Volkswagen EosHimanshu's Volkswagen1549
Himanshu made the process seamless and has a lovely ride!
Himanshu is a nice guy, always on time. 100 miles limit could be modified as it's not realistic even for a day trip. The car is comfortable for two persons and is fun to drive in the summer. Biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the car, the interior hasn't been cleaned in a while and has stains all over. If this issues are addressed it's a great option for summer weekends!
Unfortunately, I would not rent this car again. Details below:
Positives: Himanshu was very kind and always quick to respond. In addition, he was accommodating with pick-up and drop-off location and time, without charging extra fees.
Negatives: Unfortunately, the car was very dirty in certain areas, both inside and out. In addition, Bluetooth did not work and the Aux cord adapter was also defected, causing massive static in the left speakers (right speakers didn't produce any sound when using Aux cord). NOTE: Himanshu only offers 100 miles per day in his daily rate. If you exceed this amount, he charges $$ per mile. Since most Turo rentals offer 200 miles per day, I was surprised when I found this out. This left us with extra charges at the end of our trip Upstate.
