Welcome to Turo! Thank you for looking at my Toyota Prius Prime Plus. Just so that we're on the same page, I ask that you please read all the way through this wall of text because most questions you may have are answered and please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions.

**FUELING UP**
Please return the car with the same level of fuel as it was given to you. You can fuel up using regular gas. There is no need to charge the car.

**AVAILABILITY**
Please check the Calendar for most accurate rates and availability.

Minimum of 2 days for weekend rentals. One day rentals only approved for weekdays.

**NO SMOKING**
Simply no smoking--keep the car clean for the Turo community-if you return the car and there is evidence of smoking a $200 Detailing Fee will apply.

**Excess mileage is billed at $0.75/mile*.
I provide plenty of miles for a daily drive so please review mileage limit prior to booking**. If you're renting for a week+ contact me about mileage if that is an issue. Daily mileage for one day rentals is not negotiable--you will incur the standard mileage charge for any overages. I take pictures of mileage before and after and suggest you do the same.

**TOLLS**
EZ Pass is available for use - $10 fee applies + tolls incurred. $10 fee billed in addition to tolls at the end of the trip via Reimbursement tool. If you have your own EZ Pass you're welcome to use it.

**KEY EXCHANGE**
After you've booked the car--when your reservation time approaches, you can choose to receive the key by either picking it from me at the car's location or having the vehicle delivered to you.

Delivery and pick up are available to your location depending the distance and travel duration to the delivery location (cash due at delivery or via PayPal or Venmo). If you choose to have the vehicle delivered to a local airport (EWR) I'll be on time and meet you at the baggage pickup, no waiting in lines at a rental counter, and there is no need to drop me off at my house (or pick me up later). Seriously, just enjoy your adventure the way it's supposed to be enjoyed!

If you've opted not to have your vehicle delivered, you can always pick up the vehicle at its location. I'd also be more than happy to meet you at a local Path Station in Jersey City if you're coming from NYC.

**WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING**
I will contact you within 1 hour via Turo Messenger or the Mobile Number provided on Turo to coordinate Delivery or Pick-up of your vehicle. It's seriously that simple. You can always contact me if it's urgent or time-sensitive.

I will document any cosmetic imperfections on the vehicle and will post photos on the Turo app. I highly recommend you do the same when you take delivery of the vehicle. If any new damage is discovered at the end of your rental period, you, the renter (or insurance policy purchased) will be responsible for it. If necessary, Turo Support will assist in any claims, processing fee applies.

Parking details
If you need to leave your vehicle to pick this up, there is plenty of street parking available. I will assist in any way I can to make sure I have a reserved spot for you so you're not looking for parking when you arrive.
Delivery details
I'll drop the car off to you, go over the vehicle and we'll both be on our ways. I will schedule my own ride back so there is no need to drop me off.

FAQs
Are you flexible with extra mileage?
Yes and no.. 10-15 miles over, no big deal. If you need 25+ more than the allotted miles, I'd like to know ahead of time, and the charge is $.75/mile after the trip. Will be billed within 24 hours of trip ending via Turo's Reimbursement Tool.
I'm a first time renter, what can I expect?
As a first time renter, I want to make sure you're more than thrilled with your first experience on Turo. My cars always come washed and with a full tank (3/4 rarely) - Once you complete your booking, if you chose delivery, the car will be delivered at your selected time to your chosen location. If you choose to pick up the vehicle it will ready to be picked up at the vehicle's location. The vehicle's location is revealed to you only after a completed booking.
I might return the vehicle early... can I do that?
Absolutely! As long as you let me know so I can expect it, you're more than welcome to bring it back early. Please note there are no partial or prorated refunds.
Do you go over the vehicle's features while I'm picking up the car?
Absolutely, but if you are familiar with the vehicle's features and don't want a demo, I can just hand you the keys and you're good to go!
I need to drop off the vehicle really early (like 12AM-7AM), would that be okay?
NO PROBLEM! I have a driveway reserved for this vehicle.. if you rent it and need to return it at odd hours, you can park it in my driveway and leave the keys in my mailbox. Just let me know.
I'm always a little late.. is it okay to bring back the vehicle late?
NO PROBLEM!! BUT, lets define late and let's talk about punctuality. I'm okay if traffic holds you up an hour, or if you didn't schedule well enough and are going to be 2 hours late. I get it, things happen, we can't control road conditions and traffic, so up to 2 hours WITH PRIOR NOTICE is fine. I won't impose any late fees, or contact Turo in such event as long as you CONTACT ME ahead of time to let me know. But, if you don't contact me to let me know you're running late, or don't respond to me when I contact you after your trip has ended, I will inform Turo to report the lateness and you will be charged a late fee of up to $50/hr. This can be avoided just by contacting me. Punctuality, I understand sometimes things happen, but the my pet peeve is when someone keeps telling me different arrival times. 7:00-7:30-8:30-9:30 and so on, each notice coming right before the last promised return time. This I will not tolerate and you will be charged accordingly. I consider myself very fair, and I expect the same respect I'm giving to you in terms of time.
