What kind of Gas does the car take?
Premium only. I ask that you keep your receipts for verification that Premium Gas was used. This car has a way of telling me when Premium gas isn't in the fuel tank, so just get premium to avoid any hassle.
Are you flexible with extra mileage?
Yes and no.. 10-15 miles over, no big deal. If you need 25+ more than the allotted miles, I'd like to know ahead of time, and the charge is $.75/mile after the trip.
Do you go over the vehicle's features while I'm picking up the car?
Absolutely, but if you are familiar with the vehicle's features and don't want a demo, I can just hand you the keys and you're good to go!
I'm a first time renter, what can I expect?
As a first time renter, I want to make sure you're more than thrilled with your first experience on Turo. My cars always come washed and with a full tank (3/4 rarely) - Once you complete your booking, if you chose delivery, the car will be delivered at your selected time to your chosen location. If you choose to pick up the vehicle it will ready to be picked up at the vehicle's location. The vehicle's location is revealed to you only after a completed booking.
I might return the vehicle early... can I do that?
Absolutely! As long as you let me know so I can expect it, you're more than welcome to bring it back early.
Please note there are no partial or prorated refunds.
I need to drop off the vehicle really early (like 12AM-7AM), would that be okay?
NO PROBLEM! I have a driveway reserved for this vehicle.. if you rent it and need to return it at odd hours, you can park it in my driveway and leave the keys in my mailbox. Just let me know.
I'm always a little late.. is it okay to bring back the vehicle late?
NO PROBLEM!! BUT, lets define late and let's talk about punctuality. I'm okay if traffic holds you up an hour, or if you didn't schedule well enough and are going to be 2 hours late. I get it, things happen, we can't control road conditions and traffic, so up to 2 hours WITH PRIOR NOTICE is fine. I won't impose any late fees, or contact Turo in such event as long as you CONTACT ME ahead of time to let me know.
But, if you don't contact me to let me know you're running late, or don't respond to me when I contact you after your trip has ended, I will inform Turo to report the lateness and you will be charged a late fee of up to $50/hr. This can be avoided just by contacting me.
Punctuality, I understand sometimes things happen, but the my pet peeve is when someone keeps telling me different arrival times. 7:00-7:30-8:30-9:30 and so on, each notice coming right before the last promised return time. This I will not tolerate and you will be charged accordingly. I consider myself very fair, and I expect the same respect I'm giving to you in terms of time.
I only need the car for a few hours, do I still pay the 1 day rate?
Is this the right car for my event?
Of course it is! I've had customers rent this car for Weddings, date nights, birthdays, Christmas, New Years, Proms and one day test drives. SO WHATEVER YOU NEED IT FOR, It's the right car. Trust me :)
What is the age requirement to rent this vehicle? & Is there any way at all possible to get around the age requirement for renting this car?
As per Insurance Regulations & Turo Policy, due to the value of the vehicle--there is an age restriction imposed. You must be at least 30 years of age to qualify to rent this vehicle. This is not a setting I can turn on/off for clients so there is no way around this policy. Please respect Turo's age limit policy as it is for insurance & regulation purposes. Also, I do not rent my car outside of Turo. Do not contact me about doing so, that's not why I include my contact information before you book.

Do you offer discounts?
YES!! Weekly - 15% off daily rate and Monthly - 25% off daily rate. I do not discount daily rates under any circumstances. If you don't believe the vehicle is fairly priced, you do not need to rent it.
