I rented this car for a 2 day trip. Come to find out the vehicle was having battery issues. The first time the battery shut off I was with the owner and he had jumped the car. By the time I got to my destination a half hour later , the car wasn't able to turn on again. This whole situation was a mess. I waited for road side assistance and I'm still waiting for a refund. We are now going on 6 days.
First time user and it was very easy. Communicating was just as easy too. The car was clean and exactly what I expected. Cion doesn't bother you at all during your renting experience. He lets you enjoy the vehicle without any hassles. Already making plans to use the vehicle again this weekend for a longer trip.
This was my first time using Turo and my experience was absolutely amazing. Cion was EXTREMLEY accommodating and flexible. He went above and beyond. I would recommend him and Turo to everyone. I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my experience👌🏽
Somewhat unprofessional ... Told me he was 7 minutes from EWR , his ad says he will meet from the Airport but it's a set up to make you rent ... He was about 30 min away , and yes he bitches over mileage I had to pay 230.00
Very unaccommodating owner. I had a medical emergency so I could not pick up the vehicle. He refused to cancel the trip nor refund part of my money. He could have charged me for the 4 days I held the car from the reservation dates but he was very a non understanding owner. he does not respond to messages, it took him 4 days to respond when I wanted to cancel. I kept sending him messages without any reply. I did not want to lose my $788 which I was charged for the full amount, I flew the same day I had the medical emergency since he was stuck on not giving me my money back or just charging me for the 4 days the car was off the reservation calendar. I had a book another flight just to come back home because of him. My flight was delayed 1.5 hours into Laguardia which is something that is beyond my control as well as the emergency. I was about to lose my return flight because of the flight delay and him. I went to the address given after we had talked on the phone and he was not there. I eventually lost my return flight and I had to get an very early flight in the morning to be with my family who was expecting me to be next to them. Greed is really a bad thing. Please don't tell me the I held the car for 2 weeks (he could of charged me for 4 days and release the car to be rented for the 2 weeks which I reserved and he did open the calendar for it to be reserved and kept my money). He never responded to any of my messages 1st of all, he was very inconsiderate of others and he could careless about anyone, he only cares about the money.
I advise everyone who reads this post to never rent from him. He is not honest person nor a considerate one. read other posts.

Worst fucking owner ever.. Dude complained about mileage., when other owners rent out the cars they do not take pictures of you're license, they do not worry about mileage.. Never renting from this dude again.. He requested for a reimbursement for the mileage and they automatically took out my card cause of him, very unprofessional.
