Wesam was very responsive to communication before, during and after. The car itself was fine, though the check-in engine light was on during and throughout our use of the car (he had stated he'd be taking it in as soon as we returned it).
The car was great and got good gas mileage, but the engine light was stuck on and made me a little nervous about the fact that it was always on. I wanted to extend the trip, but could not because of this problem. That was very inconvenient. Not sure if I would rent this car again, if that problem is not fixed.
Wesam responded to all my message promptly and I appreciated that.
The car itself is not in the best condition and needs a few repairs. If the check engine light, broken tail light and gas tank issues are taken care of then I am sure this car would be a solid vehicle to rent in the future.
He seems like a nice guy , but I had to return the car before one day was completed because it wasn't clean and The check engine light was on but the red flag for me was the strange coming from the car . I didn't feel safe driving it plus it was hard to speak with him on the phone . people should be honest when writing these reviews cause its money and time being wasted
I was so nervous as a first time turo user and wesam made this trip so easy. He lives in a nice neighborhood and made it very easy to pick up and drop off the car. His communication was great! No problem at all
Great value for money and Wesam was very easy going and quick to respond. We drove 2000 miles over a 11 days period and the car felt good every mile :) Has great air con and cruise control! Don't expect any luxury or great looks, but I think you get more than you pay for. Would defenetly rent it again.
The vehicle was a bang for the buck. Handle the trip well. Even though the car was on the lower price set, it provides a great value. The owner was very responsive and flexible during the trip. I would rent from Wesam once again, as he and his vehicle provides a good experience.

Wesam made the experience very easy and the vehicle was great bang for your buck. Comfortable, easy to drive and no issues. Nothing glamorous but well worth the money.
When renting this car you should be aware that the price is low for a reason. It's quite worn, seats and inside not completely clean and the body has buckles and dents here and there. You should also be prepared for minor malfunctions, such as that the remote central locking doesn't work and that you are likely to be presented with occasional confusing dashboard signals and messages. However, If you're ok with that the car offers good value for money. I used it for a 2000 mile roundtrip in New England and got away with it at least most of the time. Wesam can be a little confusing in communication, but no big deal – in reality he's very kind and friendly.
Wesam was very easy to work with and super communicative. The car was clean and in working condition although not PERFECT condition, there were a few lights on the dash that should be checked. I drove to Rochester and back and had no issues though.
Car drove decently. And pickup and dropoff were fairly easy. About a hr from. Manhattan. But but not difficult. Cheap price. Only negative was car was not in a clean condition.. Inside or out. Had to take it to get washed & was a heavy odor of ciggs... My wife was not happy. But after all the cleaning she did. Shouldn't be a problem going fwd.
This Hyundai is the best car of price and quality, runs and drive like premium sedan, it has all optional for perfect trip. Another great deal that Wesam is a very patient person, I was late when I pick up the car, and I came earlier when drop. He answer all my question, and give me 10 promo codes for Lift. I'm little beat sad that I Should return this Sonata, I love it, but I Will rent this car again 100%
When i arrived to pick the car. It was covered by the snow and the owner is trying to clean it in the same time. The car had breaks issues and rotation problem . the tires had not enough presser .I couldn't even drive it back and return it so I had to park it in Brooklyn and ask the owner to pick it up .
the car smells horrible and obviously people are smoking inside you can see the holes made by cigarette . I would not recommend this car .
